Panera Bread

Great place to come and study or just be by yourself especially in the morning.

Restaurant was dirty. Bathrooms were dirty. Drink station was moldy and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time.

Love the sandwiches but they're small for the price you pay! And I have the chips they give you with the sandwich! Why can't they give you Frito lay?

Panera has great food. Clean healthy and delicious.

This is for the Panera bread on 19 in front of Ross! You feel welcome and comfortable! The food and service is excellent and they are so pleasant! And they have plenty of comfortable booths! Please don't change a thing! Much further for us to go to but it is worth it! The changes made at the 50 location are awful!

The WORST grilled cheese I’ve ever had. How do they charge 15$ for a grilled cheese and soup and it’s still terrible. How do you even mess up a grilled cheese. For that price you’d expect something above and beyond but I was significantly let down instead. This location makes takes the Panera name and reputation and puts it right in the toilet. Glad to say I’ll never go back. The 10 veggie soup tasted disgusting as well. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND to my worst enemy.

Exceptional, professional, prompt, precise, comfortable, pleasant, welcoming, inviting, delicious!All of this accurately describes the excellent service that I had the privilege of receiving at this fantastic location. Katelyn the wonderfully warm and smiling cashier who handled my order was fantastic! Very welcoming and extremely kind. She deserves a raise and all of the hours that she wants. My food was perfect and fresh and was prepared very quickly and handed to me by the entrance by happy kitchen staff.100 percent recommend to anyone who will listen!!!

Asked for my bagel to be cut. Might need to start drug testing your employees.

Excellent soup, great service expect to pay a little more but it's worth it. The green tea is excellent with a nice variety. Family friends atphoshere.

Tried to make a bread order wouldn’t go through so I tried to get them to help me in store. The cashier couldn’t give me the deal that was online so she asked if I wanted a manager I said yes. The lady comes out makes it clear she is the area director. Mentioned it about four times her position. She said it’s a corporate deal and they are just franchise and that I had to order it online. I said so basically you want me to order it online while I am here just so you can hand it to me. So I tried to order online and it wouldn’t work so she finally took it upon herself to do it for me. She tells me that if she wasn’t here the manager couldn’t honor it. If you don’t want to make a sale that’s fine I can buy elsewhere.

I LOVE Panera Bread. In MD, DE, PA & now in FL, it is a treasure of peaceful, enjoyable dining no matter where i go.My favorite Panera at this time is the one in Spring Hill Florida. I go there to eat, work and study for many hours on some days. The staff is always happy, cheerful and efficient. It delights me when they yell when the fresh bread comes out. Blessings upon the staff at Panera Bread wherever you are for serving in such a gracious way some of the best food i have ever eaten.

Quality food and great clean atmsphere

Great place to sit down and have a wonderful meal. Food is always fresh and the staff if friendly and helpful.

My mommy loves this location. The food is always good and fresh. The place is always clean (of course some people leave messes on the tables but that can't be helped. The employees usually clean up within a short time). The customer service is good but sometimes there is a bit of a line, especially at lunch time, even when they have multiple registers open. There is free wi-fi and you never feel rushed to leave. They do have an outside seating area as well.
