Panera Bread

Not a Panera fan due to the outrageous a la carte pricing setup that is basically highway robbbery, but I had to get bagels for a client and this location was convenient . I decided to grab soup for my lunch later as well and and ordered the bowl instead of the cup and did a bread bowl. At lunch, I took out the top and poured my soup in, this is what I was left with. That container is in no way *bowl sized* but rather what I have seen most restaurants use for a cup. With tax this was 6.50. I could get a lunch special meal for just over that at a restaurant. The staff were very nice and efficient and I would guess that this size is actually the one they're supposed to use. So management, listen up! If you're going to offer bread bowls to go, make sure you give people enough soup to fill them. This is ridiculous and now I officially wont be returning to Panera, convenient or not.

The food is really good prepared well. I tried something new today. I paid for my food at 3:30pm and I went over to pick it up from the counter at 3:52pm after the cook asked if anyone was running orders. So other than the slow service everything was nice.

I always go to this panera and i’m a huge fan of the baja mac n cheese and the past two times i’ve ordered it from here instead of the delicious pico de gallo on top I keep getting halved cherry tomatoes. It is not the same and very upsetting. Hope this gets fixed.

I'm enjoying MyPanera+ Coffee! Panera stores play good, soft background music; it's spacious enough to find a seat; so I like working here when I can. Only challenge with this older store is there lack of electric outlets. Only 3 in the entire place!?

Food was warm, Everything was correct and my driver Stone even got here earlier than expected! Love this Panera

Place not kept clean anymore. This used to be a top notch Panera. Now they have a low sanitation rating by Wake county, a 90. Won't be eating here again. Hardly anyone inside. Now I know why

Food was good, per normal for Panera. Outlet situation is horrible. Would not recommend for studying or working with a laptop.

I am very disappointed in my latest experience with Panera in Crossroads in Cary. I ordered a sandwich through rapid pick up for a coworker to grab for me. I specified sourdough lightly toasted and mayonnaise to be added. Clearly it was missed and both items were not included. Then when trying to call to mention, no one will answer their number. Have tried twice now. Really?

Not sure all paneras are the same. But this places' crossaint sandwiches are rivaling Spain's.

Speedy service, great food, clean bathrooms. Can get very busy but they handle it well. Great place to eat.

Very friendly staff, AMAZING atmosphere, and delicious food. Extremely quick service and a short wait for our food. It was hot and extremely tasty. I highly recommend and will visit this location again. Keep up the good work!

We went out of our way to go here so my wife could get the autumn squash soup, and they gave her tomato soup, which of course, we didn't discover until we got home. I don't know if "autumn squash" sounds like "tomato" to some people, or if this place is just that incompetent. I've never been a fan of Panera, and this is the first time we've been here in a good long time, so it serves as a good portion of the sample. Meanwhile, I went to a restaurant that sells subs in the same shopping center and they managed to get a multi-part order correct, while Panera can't understand a one-part order. Avoid this location.
