This is the kind of service you get when a restaurant is run by unprofessional teenagers.

The food is great but customer service is lacking. I stopped my frequency due to lackluster service from one if the managers. I like Teriyaki chicken. They use to give 2 breast that turned to one, but then I noticed some clientele was still getting two. I asked management about it and she was rude and condescending. She wouldn't give me the number to corporate to report her attitude. I love the food but not the service.

Bad experience at panda express. Employees were lost and confused. Food was stale and awkwardly hot. Not a good selection of options and staff was far from knowledgeable and helpful. Ambiance was okay but not fitting for the area. Not going to return and wouldn't recommend.

Second time I have visited this establishment and the food is terrible and I have been to several Panda expresses in different states. This is the worst one I have ever been. The food in the next city over is great. Never again.

Planly put good food

Kung pow chicken, orange chicken both with fried rice. Fried rice is bland. It lacks flavor and texture. The rice is hard. Chicken is hard dry and bland. The vegetables in the Kong pow flavorful however the pepper wash is the flavor out. The kids meal offers plenty of food to fill you up. But who wants to get full on food with no flavor. 👎

They're pretty good to be a fast food major chain never never messed up my food yet pretty legit there's a train coming so make it loud at the new voice text too long when was walnut shrimp off the chain Schezwan chicken off chain crab rangoon egg rolls are excellent always clean bathroom doesn't stink pretty friendly for the most part even though they have young kids working but I wish I could give it more stars check it out do yourself a favor

Staff very rude. Tried to pick up my online order for 12:10 only to be told by check out that my pick up time was 12:30 per the receipt. Server went as far as to say she would show me the email. When I pulled up my email she refused to look at it and said she would just fix the orders. When I got the orders and receipts time showed 12:10 pick time. I understand mistakes happen but she could have aknowledged the error instead of coping an attitude.

I ate lunch here on 1/31/2020. I ordered fried rice with orange chicken and broccoli beef. On my second forkful I notice something black in the broccoli beef. It was about the size of a small toothpick, it was very pointed and sharp on one end. After examining it, it appeared to possibly be from a worn spatula or spoon used to stir. I went to the counter and presented it to the two staff members working the counter, who really seemed disinterested in this object in my food.I was not looking for any kind of a freebie, but was surprised that a manager or any employee did not take interest in the situation. This could have been a bad situation if it was not found prior to swallowing it.I frequent Panda Express all over the SE Texas region, but not sure I will return to this location.

This place is really good for fast food. Every now and then you may find something that's been sitting there a little too long but the beauty of it is when you walk in to order you can see all the available options and pick what looks good and fresh. The Angus steak is one of my favorites but the orange chicken and the sweet fire chicken are both really good too.

Go to this place every week. Love the food. People are awesome.
