Panda Express

Good fast friendly service.

Just not good, sadly. They are often out of certain dishes or the food will be very old, even at peak times. The saving grace is they are one of the few fast food places that still actually cooks their own rice. I have been to other Panda Expresses around the country that simply use parboiled rice which they microwave, resulting in a hard rice that turns to mush instantly when you bite it. It's disgusting! However, this location does still actually make rice on the spot which is why they get 3 stars; I'm rating them relative to other locations not other Chinese restaurants. Protip: never go through the drive-thru! Whenever I do I ask them what's fresh and order whatever they say, but sometimes I get home only to see a dried, shriveled serving of what they told me was good! (I live less than a mile away, so it's nothing that's happening on the drive home.)

Food is good, prices decent. Ordered three entry meal. Broccoli chicken, teriyaki chicken and mushroom chicken. With rice. Good taste.

Nicest and friendliest staff ever! Everyone had smiles on, it was a very welcoming experience.

Rude staff, just ordered a bunch of cream cheese rangoons for a house party and the drive thru lady almost didn’t sell them to me because “it was a long wait” and the “dryers can only hold so much”. Oh how I wish she steps on a lego in the near future.

Got the plate fried rice and kungpoa chicken and sweetfire chicken Fried rice was super over cooked and hard couldn't eat a single bite without it feeling like i was chewing on platic bits was barely a half portion of sweetfire chicken and kungpoa chicken was disgusting extremely slimy and tasted old like it had been out for a day and a half will never eat here again avoid this location threw away 90% of the food

Grouchy crew. Steamer pans had old products. Sweet and sour sauce was just a sticky film on the bin it was in. They did not bother replenishing it, but just scraped it out and served it to us as is. The fried rice tasted of spoiled shrimp paste, or something else very horrible. They have a thing called super veggies, which threw me off, because I thought it was veggies. But it was mostly kale, prepared in a way that made it taste extra bad. We will not go back.

I was there 35 minutes before they close and they said they didn't have any chow me in. They looked like they were closing early. For as much money I spend here with little portion give I will not be back. I will advise others not to go here.

To help restaurants during shut-down I stopped at Panda Express after shopping Walmart. I just picked up two bowls: teriyaki chicken & orange chicken, which are normally hot & juicy, but today, overcooked, dry, tasteless, and that was the RICE. The chicken was horrid. No condiments. Because of limited menu, it's as if bowls were prepacked waiting for orders. Sorry folks, we won't be back till we can see what we're getting.

Tried to ring me up for 2 plates when I only ordered one. Went inside (from drive through) and confronted them and they said it was an accident and tried to give me an extra plate. I refused because I wanted the money back and they said they didn’t have keys because they didn’t have a manager there. Asked them how long it would be and they said 10 minutes... so I sat down to wait and write this review...I still hadn't received my food or refund yet and it had been 15 minutes. Went to ask for the manager again.Still no manager.Gave up after they gave me my original, cold food and remade my order so I had fresh, warm foodDidn’t want to be sitting there all day on the 4th of July Called Corporate and will try to resolve the issue with them

Well this one has gotten so much better!!!!! I drove here after a panda on Chandler Blvd in Ahwatukee had nothing I wanted!! The girls working the drive-thru or incredibly fast,friendly and accurate!!

It was very busy and i had to wait for them to cook some food, they were quick nice and accurate. The staff are very friendly and professional.

They were fast and the food was hot.

7 sad pieces of chicken, terrible customer service couldn’t even look at me when I can thru the drive through, started talking thru the intercom before I could even pull all the way

I just moved here and this is my first time coming to this Panda Express and it is the worst Panda Express that I’ve ever been to the noodles were old and dry the orange was bad and I had to wait for the honey walnut shrimp and It only came with two walnuts I’m serious and the shrimp had like no glaze on it. This restaurant needs a A BIG FIXER UPPER as far as the food goes. Please fix this restaurant because I really like The Panda Express Restaurants. But this restaurants food quality was so so bad.
