Every time I go in or thru drive thru, they are always so nice and never make mistakes. Food is always fresh. I love it

The woman who normally runs the drive threw is very forgetful and assumes that all people can or want to eat with chopsticks. I had asked before I drove about sauce and utensils and I go back to work from my lunch break and nothing is in the bag I requested. This last visit they had no chow mein or teriyaki...ended up waiting over 30 mins and yet again their went half of my lunch hour. Keep the food ready to go

Food quality was good but you'd better not be in a hurry in the drive thru line. 20 minutes in line before I got to place my order. 27 minutes there and never left my vehicle.

The black pepper chicken was one of my favorites but it doesn't seem to be as good as it used to be. The orange chicken and sweet fire chicken are good. The vegetable roll was pretty good. I was going to get a chicken egg roll but there were 2 in the bowl and both looked like they were over cooked and had been sitting there a while. I mentioned it and she asked if I wanted to wait for one to be cooked but I just decided to try the vegetable roll.

Good food cooked fresh. We showed up for lunch shortly after 1. There were a few entrees that they were in the process of cooking so I had to make an entree adjustment and still my meal was delayed but far less than the 8 minute wait I was told it might take. Staff were friendly even tho you could tell they were in the midst of recovering from the lunch rush and even after 1 they were still plenty crowded. That speaks volumes, this restaurant is popular.

Good food and friendly staff although they seem shorthanded.

I usually love eating here because I love the food, but yesterday I went to eat with my family and I got a curly hair on my food. I didn't like that.

I love the food here. However my only complaint is that every time I come and order food for my wife they are out of the steamed white rice. Furthermore they always inform me that it will be a 45 minute wait on more rice. My wife has food allergies so she only gets the white rice. This has happened to me at this location more than 10 times now.
