Salesclerk is so nice! And the food is good. It reminds me of Taiwanese food!

food was terrible. worst PE ever eaten at. we travel all over the West in our motor home and this was bad. best PE is on Bulkhead City AZ.

Just okay if the service was better I go more but not very friendly or clean

My family & I walked in to this Panda Express at 9pm, MIND YOU, they are not due to close until 10pm. I go to order my food & there is about 4-5 items to choose from. Damn near everything to the right of the rice/noodle section was empty! So I had to wait 5-7 minutes for two entrees that I asked for to be made. & when I say 5-7 minutes, it was 5-7 minutes for EACH entree, not both together. I understand if it’s 15 minutes until closing, I’ll take whatever is left. But an hour before close time? THAT IS BS! I also want to add that, there were about 8 other people who walked in AFTER my family and I. Slackers.

Terrible service. Very impatient staff. Very curt and snappy with responses when asking about different sizes of plates/bowls and what our choices were. Eye-rolling from one employee. Just trying to order. Walked out. Very negative experience. Never returning.

It was clean. The lady that help felt like she did not want to be there. When we asked a question how long on something all she said very long time and what do you want. Some of the food like it was sitting there for a long time . but over all we will not be going there never again

Food was great but the young girl rude. She asked us 4 times here or to go we replyed.here. and the four meals are ours and they were stacked and marked by the young man ready. We said our friends will be paying. We have never eaten there before she never gave us forks for here. So we looked by the fountain drink area. She was rude and said there is a sign up on the register. How about making sure you hand it to us when it's for here. Not us having to ask for it and you getting it for us. It is a customer service trade and when someone else is standing in front of the sign blocking it that's probably why most of us don't go. We would rather be and feel welcomed. The customer next to me asked was the girl rude to you. Because she was to her and her young daughter. Won't be back.

As good as Chinese fast food can be. One of the girls rolled her eyes out loud when I asked for a carton of sweet and sour sauce. She put a scoop into one of those little plastic tubs. She rolled her eyes again when I said that if that was all I get I would like to have 4 of them. Why should she care? It's not as if she had to pay for them.

My food sat under the warmer As I waited for food for almost 30 minutes then when food got cooked other people ordering that just walked in got the food and I had to wait again. The lack of communication and flow of line here is sad.

The manager and staff were nearing closing time during the Covid-19 freakout when we came to get our meals.The manager came to our car and was checking on the items we were ordering. They had just turned off their cooking machines and were already out of a few items that had been prepared. With so few menu options left at closing, he ordered it turned back on and assisted in quick prep for us even when we said it had been ok and would be back tomorrow.The customer care exemplified here makes me a proud customer and supporter that Panda Express has a Manager and team that cares for the customer.Sunday may 10th, 2020, 8:45PM

Gdean Asian fast food.

The portions she served were considerably smaller than I remember. She also could use help with her people skills. It's ok to be nice and smile. We did.

No baby changing table, ladies room smelled like backed up sewage.

The food really isn't that good and it's over priced for the amount that you get which isn't much. Also I saw workers not wearing gloves when handling the food and food tongs.
