That's 4 stars for fast casual, obviously an authentic Asian quisine restaurant would have much better food.With that being said, the Hoffman Estates location is clean, large, and the staff is friendly and courteous. The food is hot and tastes good, exactly what I'm looking for in a fast casual establishment.

Never order the bowl...its ridiculous small portion! the girls serving the entrees are almost counting the tiny pieces of chicken, drive a little bit further to another Panda Express location with better service

I made order online to skip the line in the place when when I arrived there they refused to give me my order at the register and they told me to get in line. I lost 20 mins of my break trying to get my food.

PANDA EXPRESS IN HOFFMAN ESTATES, ILI WENT TO THIS LOCATION TWICE HOPING TO GET NOODLES, KUNG PO CHICKEN, AND FRIED RICE. NOPE!! 1ST TIME I GOT THERE AROUND 10:30 AM THE FOOD WASN'T READY. THE 2ND TIME I WENT WAS A WEEK LATER I ARRIVED AT 10:45 AM AND THE DOORS WERE LOCKED. THANK GOODNESS FOR JIMMY JOHNS

If you go in at lunch time, the food is really fresh and tastes great. Though there is a old man who is extremely rude to the customers, this was my last time at this location just because of that old man. Never going back.

Every time i come here there is something wrong. This is the 2nd time ive done an online order and its been wrong. I usually have to wait for something in my order cauae they cant keep up with cooking the food. Not worth the wait anymore.

Food is burnt and low on quality I had to wait 13 minutes in line and extra 6 becuase the employee wouldnt cook chow mein after the lady called it 6 times and the manager was doing whatever both should be fired.....
