Panda Express

Was supposed to be open until 9:30pm on Sunday. Got there at 9:10pm and doors were already locked. Very unprofessional.

I am usually not one to complain but..Food was dry and/ or empty. I stood in front ready to order as the girls working the line talked to each other one was doing something at the register and then one proceeded to walk to the back... I had to ask to be helped! I believe its just the lazy PM shift. This is not my first terrible experience at this location. DONT COME IN FOR DINNER! Probably won't be visiting another panda express for a while because of this. Wasn't even 9 pm. whatever girls were working 8/27 night should find a new job!

Nice variety of fast food. Chow mein noodles , fried rice and they now offer steamed white or brown rice, they're also added steamed mixed veggies as a choice to go with a meal that includes 1, 2 or 3, main courses. If you pay attention to the menu board and/ or what's posted above the food items you can keep your calorie count down. Bottled beverages and fountain drinks available. Military Discount available if you have your ID and request discount(10%) our experience is sometimes the discount is given on entire bill and sometimes just on the drinks. It may be a training issue. They have added some new shrimp entrees and a steak and vegetables stir fry.. these all show clearly that they will be extra money to order. Very busy place. Have to have an employee unlock restrooms for you if you need to use restrooms

I went through the drive-through a couple days ago. I don’t know what was going on that night but the lady in the drive through seemed upset. I ordered my food and she said we don’t have that item, then I have ask for a couple more options and she kept telling me they were out. So I asked what do you have available then she told me. I said I’ll have two plates. Then she said that they only had enough for bowls, even though I was asking for plates before. She was very rude to me and almost threw my food at me. When I got home I had the food and there was little shriveled up pieces of chicken I’m guessing it’s because they were low on the chicken but it tasted like the crumbs around the chicken. I have gone to Panda Express for a while it’s my favorite place to go for fast food after work or hanging out with people.

This is better than the Lake City location, so far as customer service and positive interactions.

They close at 10pm don't expect there to be food at 9pm, people are trying to go home after being there all day. Customers act like they're entitled or have never worked in retail before. Customer service was GREAT, I don't expect people to be all happy after working hard for so long. Honestly not sure why that's even a rule. Overall it was great!

Love the food but when you order a bowl and pay a premium for shrimp you'd think they would at least full up the damn bowl but they leave it almost half empty.

Best place to eat or to go when wifey doesn't want to cook..good price and quantity

When you just can't decide.. Think Panda Express. The food is consistently good and freshly prepared. Always pleasing to the eyes. The facility is nice and clean.

Good aside from the zucchini in the kung pai chicken could have been a bit crisper.

Good food, has been coming here for years with work team service is consistent.

The food was great but my portions were rather small, I ordered kung pao* chicken and orange chicken and as you can see in the picture it’s less than what I expected, it was busy so they might have felt rushed

They were super busy but still brought my second entree to my table because they were out when I went through the line. One of the workers came by to see if I needed anything a little later on too. Odd to get such good service at fast food.
