Best place to get mongolian beef and jumbo shrimp! yummmy!

New, clean, and modern. I only wish their meat to vegetable ratio was better. I want to eat beef with brocolli and not the other way around! My son also felt cheated when he opened his kid's meal. Literally two pieces of beef inside a sea of brocolli. Other than that, good and tasty food.

We were helped Sunday by Ruben. He was very polite and went to great lengths to make sure we had everything we needed. Though it looked like he was being trained by someone named “Jule” and she was just being very nasty to him the entire time. He could barely talk to us without getting some very mean side treatment from her. There’s a way to train someone but that just is not it. Ruben was great though and he made the experience a very pleasant one overall.

Eat at WinWin Asian kitchen or Asian Yummy House instead. I accidentally clicked pick up, then 30 seconds later tried to cancel order or switch it to Delivery.. and somehow "my order was already processing and cannot be canceled." ... Really? All I wanted was my money back or a credit for another meal and after some serious effort I was not able to get that...

Food was cold and tasted like it had been out for days. The portions were tiny. Not worth it order to go from the near by Chinese takeouts better portions and fresh.

I had the broccoli beef and fried rice bowl. Everything was good except that it was lacking more than two pieces of beef.

The food was very good, but the wait time for online ordering is long. I recommend just going to the restaurant and ordering your food.

The new Panda Express is a pretty good representation of the chain. The food quality is on point and despite it being a madhouse (new restaurant crowd) the restaurant was well kept. Only challenge is the slightly mismanaged lineup to get food. Took forever to get through the line which isn't typical.

Love their orange chicken. Teriyaki chicken, not so much. However, my dog loved it!

If you have thirty minutes to kill sitting in a drive-thru and not getting your food, this is the place for you...

I rarely take the time to submit reviews; however, after last night’s experience I’m making an exception. Last night we ordered 3 entrees - 1 bowl, 1 two entree plate & 1 three entree plate and they failed on two parts of the order. First, the two entree was supposed to have grilled teriyaki chicken (all the receipts even showed that); however, they gave us dry as a bone orange chicken instead. Second, since it was a carry out order we asked plenty of the different sauces - and we ended up with no sauces. Like I said earlier I don’t normally post reviews, but after this latest incident with this Panda, (we have had similar issues since it opened a couple of months ago) I had to speak up. Bottom line - we won’t be back to this location.

I'm only giving this a 1 star because it is the lowest that I can give it. So when we first got there, there was only 1 person in line. We thought we got lucky. So we order the bigger plate, and they were out of orange chicken. Ok, it's their signature dish, so it's only natural that they were out. However, after watching the person in the back wash their wok pan 10 times and not cook anything, it became a nightmare. 20 min had passed, I had already paid, my other food was sitting there getting cold. So I asked for a refund where they kept trying to stop me from leaving and getting my refund. Eventually someone came up to give me my refund and said sorry and said they would still give me the meal. After I got the refund they disappeared. So I will never ever ever ever ever go to or recommend this Panda Express.

I have kept giving this new restaurant the benefit of the doubt but.. this was our last visit. They are always out of EVERYTHING! There portions are ridiculously small for the price and there customer service skills are not exactly what you would expect when bringing up those facts. Plenty other choices right in the area to pick from!

I have honestly loved Panda for quite some time. I suppose I need to stop eating out as there was a maggot today in my broccoli.
