Panda Express

Worst drive through experience. On July 5,2019 I went through the drive through and the girl taking my order was not paying attention to my order, I kept having to repeat myself and correct what she thought I had said. She apologized like 5 times, but then when I went to eat my food (broccoli and beef) there was not a single piece of beef. Worst experience at a panda restaurant. Had one other bad one here as well but decided to give the benefit of the doubt. The management needs to check what their staff is doing.

This use to be one of my favorite places but over the last 3-4 times, they are very slow and out of food.

You can tell it's managed by a 19 year old, food was cold, veggies undercooked, waited in line for 20 minutes with only 2 people ahead of us. All in all I won't be coming back here, for the wait and the price I'll get much better quality-tasteful food from wok Wei 100 yards away. Stay away!!!

I can never complain about this place. The food is always good. I always get the same thing but I have sampled a few different things on the menu to kind of force myself to try new things. I standby the orange chicken, fried rice, and vegetable spring rolls, but I have also tried the honey shrimp which is to die for, and then I don't know If it's the same thing or something different but the walnut shrimp is awesome, too..but I might be talking about the same thing like its two different things, I have no idea..the chow mein is good, too. They're always fast and friendly and don't linger at food prep.

What can I say you like it or you don't. I like it!

The chow mein was burnt and mixed with "good" chow mein. Taste was awful!

That boy Daniel is a great guy. Really helps you out with the order. Nice and kind guy.

Rice was dry and the treaki chicken was overcooked and no treaki sauce.

Haven't been to Panda for a while, the veggies were only broccoli & kale now with one leaf of cabbage - what happened to the colorful veggies they had with carrots & zucchini? I guess they have to go with the cheapest stuff now?

Terribly slow service and food is often poorly cooked or has been sitting too long. Most of the young workers don’t understand how to run the line productively which causes a headache even when you have a simple order.

More than 30 minutes to get food super bad service I asked for sauces I was given just 1 for 2 meals

I have lost all faith in this particular Panda Express, especially with their drive thru. My first horrible experience with the drive thru was when they forgot to put fried rice on both my plates. I was east bound the I10 when I noticed the missing fried rice and had to drive back to get the order right. Second time just was even worse. I had to wait 15 minutes in the drive thru because their "system screwed up". And like the optimist I am, I put faith Panda and didn't double check my order. They gave me 2 totally different plates and once again I was east bound on the I10 before I noticed the wrong order and had to drive back. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I will never again visit this particular establishment because the insane amount of stupidity with their employees. And the portion sizes they give are a complete joke.
