Panda Express

Food hit the spot and was filling. Prices are at par with similar fastfood chains. Service was cheerful and pleasant overall. It always surprises us (in a good way) that people are suddenly nice and polite as soon as we cross the river from NYC into Jersey.

Favorite Panda Express to go to in town love the dining always clean when I come here food is hot and delicious! Not only that but staff are nice and quickly especially Thomas ! He is so generous and always making sure if we are okay with the satisfaction of the restaurant I appreciate it !

Place has gone down hill, all new personnel, food very limited, bathroom a mess. I love panda express, but this particular branch has to be revamped

I've been coming here for about 4 years now, they have brown rice listed on the menu, but don't seem to make it ever. In the last few years I've only been able to actually order it maybe three to four times. What's the point of having it on the menu? Imagine going to a pizza establishment and asking for pepperoni pizza, just for them to say that they don't have pepperoni... for years straight . LOL

Nice people, but missing stuff and some food where cold

Food was great! Beijing beef, orange chicken, honey Walmart shrimp were all Celsius! My 9 year old son dubbed this a “5 star meal” lol.

Food is good but they cheat you out of filling up the container and charge you extra for specialty items. If I'm going to pay extra, I want the containers filled.

Warm staff, fresh and hot food, quick service. I took off one star because the size of the sevings vary depending on who serves your food - some are a little conservation about the portions which is disappointing.

Gotta love the Panda. Chinese fast food at it's best. If you get fresh off the wok, it's even better. Friendly staff and convenient location right across from Walmart.

Literally outside the place for 30 minutes trying to call them because there are 3 of us outside wondering how to pick up our orders. No one answered the phones. No one acknowledge us. There is a table blocking the door. I understand there is a pandemic, but to not answer the phones or make any kind of motion to help us out here is insane.Boyfriend and I decided to go next door into the 5 guys. Stay safe, people, play it smart and dont go here until they figure out how to work properly. Maybe they just have zero direction on how to handle what's going on (?) and shame on the manager for not stepping up and making something work for the customers when the company is open for business.

Why are you serving old rice? I know the difference between yesterday's heated up rice and fresh made. Got a take out order today of a chicken teriyaki bowl and got OLD rice. Not happy!!!!! Terrible service too. Rude
