Panda Express

I had chicken in my chow mein and it wasn’t any type of chicken I had ordered I’m so mad like are u guys paying attention

After the third time I've ordered from this restaurant and the order was incorrect. And, after notifying uber eats and calling the restaurant without getting any assistance, I've decided to write this review with pictures. In short I ordered the broccoli brief and orange chicken. My two sides where fried rice and mixed vegetables. When I opened the box it was over half full with broccoli. The broccoli was placed in the lid as I looked for beef. Underneath all the broccoli was a very, very, small amount of fat and gravy with a few parts of cabbage and 1 part of piece zucchini, 3 parts of kale. The fried rice and orange chicken where normal portions. In short it looks like they where out of beef and mixed vegetables. So, a double order of broccoli was substituted.

Placed an order for a meal with two entrees and a side. The side and the first entree went in the container. I was told it would be just a minute for the second entree. A friend and I were on the same bill. They asked if they could ring us up while we waited for the second entry. I paid. Then the cooks all disappeared to the back room. When I asked the cashier how much longer, he walked in back. He came out and said 10 minutes. Two meals on the counter getting cold. Already paid for. Apparently, no manager on duty. Remember not to make the same mistake I did. NEVER pay first! We WON'T be back!!

Surprisingly, very tasty, first time visit and had my gradson and his buddy with me. Overall very good!

Tried the sweet fire chicken today and I highly love it. Kinda spicy and sweet but yum.

By far the best restaurant to get freshly made authentic Chinese food on the east side of Columbus and probably the entire city. Both the staff and food are the best in Columbus, also extremely well priced.

I never travel on the East side. At the time I was pregnant and hungry lol. I went inside which was clean. The staff moved quickly for a friday evening and was friendly. I only ordered a side of orange chicken,as their fried rice is too dry for me. Chicken was fresh and hot.

This joint on point foreal. It's good, fast, and affordable. The service is cool too. They let you sample stuff which is cool because the food choices have a wide range. Everything is made fresh from fresh ingredients prior to being put on the heating trays. They cycle through ingredients quite quickly so every dish is warm enough to not need heating trays. The food and sauces are darn good and you can try something different eve if you go frequently.

Charged us for 6 meals, when we only ordered 5. Only sent 4 of the 6 meals they charged for, then when we asked to be refunded they refused and offered store credit. Not the first issue with this Panda Express, but will be my last! That's for sure.

We came to Panda Express today. It was pretty good. I got the Kung Pao shrimp with vegetables and lo mein. The employees seemed a little disorganized and the service was not bad ,but could have been a little better.

Used to like this place. Today I got take out from the drive through. Asides from the fact that she got the wrong orders the food was cold and barely enough food for regular portions.
