Panda Chinese Restaurant

The absolute worse customer service I've ever experienced in my entire life thus far. Middle age overweight Caucasian verbally insults me by calling me a "jackass" for questioning why he continued to hang up on me 5 times in a row after stating 'Panda Restaurant". The owners brush off the incident when confronted, first lying that he ever picked the phone up and then afterwards claiming the phone was having problems which somehow justifies his behavior.Player 7 enters the game, a hipster wannabe hero decides that because I'm the one being argumentative during the 5 seconds he's arrived I must be the bad guy and proceeds to put me in check. Player 7 exits the game when I put him in his place and send him out the door with his food in tow. Now focused back on the situation at hand I press the issue and realize that I'm wasting my time, there is no accountability here and thus leave without my food.

Always loved ordering food from here, staff were normally friendly until I came across a delivery driver in the old beat up Toyota today. Rude!! Started yelling and banging on my door. Gave him my tip never even said thank you, and ignored me and walked away after I said my thank you.

Wonderful food and the delivery drivers are always here in a timely manner with a pleasant attitude.

Good food fast and reliable as well as affordable

This place is amazing. So much food, and such good food, they were super fast and it was hot and fresh.

So the lady on the phone was a wench. She basically hung up on me without even telling me how long my delivery would take. I waited 50 minutes and I live 2 miles from them.. I, then, received my food, from the delivery boy (who was very kind and the only reason they're getting more them one star) and my "shrimp with lobster sauce" is literally shrimp thrown into egg drop soup. ALSO, my crab rangoons had no filling in them whatsoever. My shrimp roll wasn't terrible. The only things I can really eat though are my fried rice and fortune cookies.

Great friend rice

Been going here for 10 years. No more! Egg Foo Young barely cooked, had the consistency of mashed potatoes, fell apart trying to dish it out. Fried rice was yellow not the brown we loved so much and not as good as it used to be. Lady taking my money said 12, for the cost and handed me my change never even giving a Thank You. Adios Panda

First time there, i ordered a pint of beef fried rice i asked for no sprouts and he said we have onion so i said no onion he said ok no vegies. Ok when i opened my food i had yellow rice and small pieces of beef. No spices No nothing else! Totally not what i was expecting! Absolutely gross! Will never eat from there again!

My favorite Chinese food in the whole wide world. Only place i order from. I love everything I've ever had here. Super nice people and she always remembers us. I love this place.

Its so cold in that place Idk how they can stand it...food is good but I can't go in there and order or pick up without freezing...

Good food got to be careful nowadays but there a good one

We order here all the time. Actually going to order here tonight. Always have a hard time finding a good Chinese place in Toledo for some reason but this place is our new go to restaurant!
