Pancho's Vegan Tacos

I ordered online and went to pickup and the workers acted like I wasn't even present for 20 minutes, then a gentleman came up and let me know that they don't accept orders from the website through their website even though we had already paid so I asked for the manager. She wouldn't even interact with me little lone explain why they had a problem I asked my spouse to come in and they wouldn't assist them either. I asked for the owners number and made a phone call to him he said he would do a refund for us and never did. We are never going back, I recommend not wasting your time or money and just go some where else such a disappointment 😓.

Pancho's has completely remodeled their Tropicana location! I went in last week for Taco Tuesday (3 street tacos and a drink, or 4 street tacos for $5!) and was pleasantly surprised by the delicious flavors and efficient customer service. They are completely meat free with many different protein options (al pastor, cactus, mushroom, etc) and have authentic and tasty Hispanic food. They have different daily deals depending on the day, and the dessert menu is a must-try) P.S. If you like tangy, sweet, and a little spicy, try the Al Pastor tacos. For an after-meal snack, the strawberry cake is highly recommended!
