It is always wonderful to get a most amazing burrito and they make it vegan so well. It is very impressive how carefully they put every ingredient into a burrito and mix it perfectly before wrapping it. A wonderful Sunday meal to take out or eat in. If you are not vegan, there are plenty of meat and cheese choices too. The staff is well trained and kind.

This location has terrible customer service. They are very stingy with their portions and will charge you extra without telling you. Go to the Eastwood location instead!!

Horrible service and huge rip off! I ordered a $8 salad and literally received maybe 4 small leafs of lettuce! No exaggeration. They forgot our chips and said they would refund us but then called us back the next day and said they wouldn’t with no explanation, even tho it was on the receipt! Take your business some place else, especially with all the wonderful businesses hurting right now during COVID.

Terrible customer service. Charging extra without saying anything and not putting the proper portions for my order. They charged me 13$ for a small burrito!

Great food! Quick in and out and awesome food. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quick Mexican food. Prices are normal. My chicken quesadilla was $6 and that doesn't include drink or anything else, but it is way large enough to fill me up. Stop by, you won't be sorry 😁

I eat here sometimes and always like the food. Understandably, some items cost extra but that's a small price for great tasting food. Looks nice on the inside. Sometimes it has its rush hours and then other times you can sit back and watch the tv there.

It was alright for a quick meal. The food could have been fresher.

No one was on line when I arrived. When the employees did come upfront from the back, they tucked their phones away. Didn’t wash hands. I wasn’t greeted. Food was bland and mushy... It was old... no one was in there for dinner time so that should’ve been my first clue... all around horrible customer service. Will not be back. This all took place on 5/18/19 5:30pm

The location in Eastwood Town Center used to make the burritos large similar to Chipotle and Qdoba. Pancheros slogan used to be "Home of the 2 pound burrito", now for whatever reason the burritos have about 1/2 the amount and is no longer worth the price you pay. Secret...go to the newer location off Okemos Rd just north of Jolly Rd. The burritos there are large as they were meant to be.
