I'm not sure how having odd employees would hurt the place. I was there today and mmm mmmm was it good! From the burrito to the chips and queso.

Excellent tortillas but the rest is a step down from Qudoba. Small portions if you select a bowl. Very tasty blue corn chips!

Pancheros has been around for awhile and we have just found them. It is nice to find a place that is well priced and has food that is a pleasure to eat. A bonus are their chips and salsa that you can actually get taco sauce that matches the heat you actually want. We will be definitely be coming back to try everything on the menu.
