We love this diner. Excellent values and quick service, but expect a line (sometimes more than 30 minutes) during busy times. The owner has been there EVERY SINGLE time we've gone manning the front, and we've been there at least 25 times. Personally, I like that kind of dedication and clear commitment to one's business.Servers are personable and friendly; however, the owner comes off a bit differently. He is by no means rude, but he doesn't really feel warm either. It may be cultural, I'm not sure, but don't let it get to you because the food is great and he runs his restaurant well.Bottom line, you should come here if you haven't before.

Good breakfast. Seems like a former IHOP, but the food is better. The pancakes are excellent, nice and moist. The French toast is also nice and moist. The cinnamon roll French toast is a bit dry. The corned beef hash is nice even though it's canned, but they sautee it with some diced onions and green peppers. The country fried steak is good.

Always the best service ever, the guys are always smiling and having a great time and love their jobs, huge pots of fresh coffee waiting for you to drink as you wish and a ton of great food! Never had a bad experience here, always get exactly what I order AND HOW I ORDER IT! The food is always perfect. Great local joint to fill up your tummy tank before a great day of awesome SoCal surfing!

For sure - here you will get the best diner team you’ve ever experienced. Like a well lubricated racing- transmission. They are very friendly and obliging. The dines were remarkable and tasty. The owner and manager is a hero! Thank you!
