Panago Pizza

Not Impressed!!! Pull up at 8pm on a Wednesday and they are CLOSED. When closing time is stated as midnight. I have a very disappointed girl who won a Panago pizza for a reading award.Why should I have to pay for delivery when she WON something for a huge effort?? Sad!!!

Completely terrible service. I ordered a pizza with half one ingredient and half another, and had to get it remade three times, since apparently `no ham on half the pizza`is too complicated. At the end, after several times calling customer service, I was promised a credit for the entire order. When I called today to use my credit, it turns out I was given only credit for the one pizza that was screwed up, despite having to get it re-delivered 3 times and being told that I was getting a credit for the entire order. Untrustworthy, lying swine, I`ll be eating Domino's from now on.

There are 3 Panago locations within 5 km of our place (furthest is 4.2km away) and not a single one will deliver right now. It's 11pm right now, and midnight is the listed closing time. I realize this is a total first world problem, but hey, in the business of convenience, hassle-free is name of the game.
