Very cozy old fashioned jazz restaurant with decent food. A bit off from the bourbon st but worth the walk.

We stopped in here one night for dessert after a long day of sightseeing and dinner. It was a much more sophisticated crowd than all of the other clubs in the quarter. The desserts we had were great. They have a great variety of drinks as well. The service was prompt. The Sunday evening band was on point. We enjoyed our time at the Palm Court.

There is on street residential 2 hr parking, parking meters on Decatur St, and there are paid parking lots along the river.

I believe that they have live music on the nights they are open. They may not be open every day.
You don't need a reservation generally, however, it's a good idea if you're a big group or if it's a busy weekend.
