Always friendly and orders are quick and correct

I eat here several times a week. It's be 5 stars, but they have forgot 1 item 2 times out of the 100 times I've ordered from there. Unfortunately, both times, they were MY main course. I eat weird so they probably have no idea how badly it messed my day up. Otherwise, highly recommended!

They have good pizza

Pizza was delicious and the wings were amazing. Definitely coming here everytime I come back into town.

There food is good. The staff is friendly and do their best to meet your needs. I always go in and the wait is never long I get my order within 15 to 20 minutes. Their cheese 🍕 is my favorite but I've tried there steak subs and they are the best I've had in Utica. I get a large and it feeds my family of 3. Their customer service is very good I highly recommend this place. I've been going to only Palermo's for the three years I've lived in Utica....

First time buying from this pizzeria and will do it again. Delicious, you should try the onion pizza, very juicy and tasty. Highly recommend this place.
