Stumbled upon this place before taking my son to school. Absolutely amazing. The ambience was relaxing, my coffee and my son's hot cocoa was fantastic, and then top it off with the purpose.Every cup fights human trafficking. If my body could handle it, I'd drink cup after cup every day.Even my son said this was his favorite place by far.

My boyfriend took me here for a coffee date before we took a walk in downtown Sanford. This place is really adorable inside- and they have great coffee. Please support our small local businesses like this gem!

Coffee and atmosphere were great. Atmosphere was very cozy and it a great place to meet with friends, do homework or just relax. I was so impressed when I learned that all profits go towards fighting human trafficking! I will definitely come here again whenever I'm in Sanford to support their cause!

Excellent & interesting place to visit 👍 to eat & drink . Very tastefully decorated main with wood pallet's. Staff very friendly and helpful. Well worth a visit.

Palate Coffee Brewery has the best Cappucino, with excellently brewed espresso. Caramel notes of the coffee come through instead of the bitterness we are accustomed to from coffee chains. Add to that the wonderful customer service, relaxing atmosphere, and their mission, and you have a fantastic coffee experience.

We each had coffees with the Local Honey (mocha and cold brew). So good! Also they support the fight against Human Trafficking which is AWESOME! The ladies up front were very nice and the atmosphere is fantastic, thank you!

Good coffee. No complaints. Good mission in the place too, rescuing girls from be trafficked.

Very good. Iced coffee was not sweetened to the point of only tasting sugar. The coffee taste delicious. Tried a frappe also and it was delicious!
