Great happy hour! Plus, interesting choices - doesn't feel like your average chain restaurant. Yet organized & consistent. PS I like the pulled chicken dish, traditional Cuban cuisine.PPS don't tell management, but good prices.

Paladar is a very nice restaurant in Town Center with a Latin inspired menu. We had brunch on a weekend and found the food to be good. There was a good variety to chose from - the guac was a table favorite. The other selections were good as well. The service was attentive and everything arrived in a timely manner. It was pricey for a brunch... $84 for a table for four with no adult beverages included...and this was this only real downside.

Beautiful inside, dim lighting, great atmosphere, love this spot. New set up inside is great. Pineapple margaritas are perfect. Our waiter was attentive and service was amazing. Salmon was delicious, one of my favorite spots in Annapolis when in the mood for a Latin night.

I had a good time there. I had to give it 4 stars because the service was a little slow. Maybe because of the time that I went. It was taco Tuesday is of course I got tacos and they were very good. I'll go back again and see how it goes and reevaluate my review. But overal I had a good experience for the first time.

Nice ambiance, great drinks and good food overall. First time visiting and would definitely go back. The service was good, the made to order guacamole was very tasty and the cocktails were well done.
