Uyen Hill
Their pastries were delicious, even not toasted. Their minestrone soup was also very good, the baguette it came with was so good. The ambiance and service was great. Was gonna do 4 stars because of the price, but it's a French pastry restaurant in downtown DC with little competition around it.
