Paesan's Pizza & Restaurant

Had an absolutely amazing lunch - it was delicious and very filling together with a very good glass of wine. The service was excellent too. Wanted to try a tempting dessert but couldn’t manage this time! Finished with an excellent cappuccino. I would highly recommend this charming restaurant to all Italian food lovers.

Despite lovely ambience and design, staff (whilst friendly) are entirely inattentive. Ordering drinks , food , paying all impossible. Had to go to the bar to order my drink and was told to sit back down. Below average fresh pasta. Overpriced. Wouldn't return. One pasta. One drink. £26. 1 main course arrives 10 minutes after the others. Whilst food can be hit and miss anywhere on a bad day. The service here was astoundingly bad.

Wow. Just...wow. unbelievably good. We shared several things, and all were spot on. Best pasta I have ever had. It was cooked perfect. A very nice setting. Service was great and personal. Kind of felt like family. Must have the focaccia bread. I think it falls down from heaven every morning.

Super impressed - genuinely one of the best Italian restaurants that I have eaten at in London! Had low expectations as Italian restaurants in London usually disappoint. However, all food was delicious: started with charcuterie platter, where everything was tasty and well seasoned; carbonara was fantastic - no cream was used, making it authentic and smoky; hubby and friend got the steak, cooked perfectly medium rare; and finally, ended with the fritelli (doughnuts) which had pistachio and white chocolate - sweet but not overly so. Have already told friends that we will be making a trip to this place. My only wish for improvement would be that I would like it to be warmer inside the restaurant - the door opens straight into the resty, making it quite chilly.

Fab Saturday night out with the girls!! Really enjoyed Paesan, very buzzy atmosphere, beautiful pasta and lovely cocktails. Recommend :)

This restaurant has been given 4 stars and I truly don't understand how reviews can be so misleading. The food in this restaurant is very bad and the mixing of ingeredients and the preparation is so misjudged by chefs who clearly have no experience. Out of 4 dishes shared between two people, there was not even one which was up to an average standard and we sent back one which had been barely touched as it tasted so bad.

Really mixed. Had a great meal here once, went back yesturday and it was quite disappointing. No specials, freezing cold (I and others just sat in our coats), food was ok but not worth the price. Downstairs bar also not open Monday/Tuesday.

Delicious food...excellent service

We went there during lunch hour on a Thursday, the restaurant wasn't so packed. The friendly -presumably- chef greet us from the open kitchen. We ordered: Bruchetta Pan Santo which was surprisingly huge in size, they were too salty so we weren't too keen. I ordered Spaghetti alla Vongole which I feel were too dry and quite bland, the clams were delicious though. My husband ordered Papardelle with Beef shin ragu which was great. We also ordered Gnocchi with mozzarella & tomato for our son, they were quite good, and the portion was quite large for a kid's menu.

Tasty food. A little cold when it arrived at the table for my liking. Good atmosphere and we had a lovely family dinner.

The place was almost empty. The waitress said it is going to take 15 minutes for the main dish. It took 45 minutes to get a (bad antipasti) cold starter and additional 45 minutes to get the main course. Some of the dishes waited 15 minutes for a waitress to pick them up. The place is obviously not managed at all. Adding to the cost of 100 pounds for 3 people....my suggestion: avoid this place at any cost.

Great food, friendly staff and good atmosphere. Bit pricey but worth going

Amazing food...particularly the warm mini pistachio doughnuts for dessert! Service was a little slow but we weren't in a hurry and everyone was pleasant.
