Docked on the shores of Lake Buena Vista, Paddlefish is the only restaurant in Disney Springs to offer rooftop-level, waterfront seating. Such a great experience! I had no wait time, the best server who’s name is Lorena, and an amazing meal? She was so attentive and caring while providing top notch service. As someone who eats out at restaurants every week she impressed me. I don’t normally leave reviews for food places but her knowledge of the menu, most desired meals & consistent attention to our refills stood out to me so much! I high recommend Paddlefish and Lorena.

Came here tonight to enjoy a quick drink and appetizer, we came up to the bar and was quickly welcomed by the bartender. I got a dirty martini and my friend got a lemon drop. The BEST drinks we’ve had on vacation so far! Marian was our bartender and we can’t say enough good things highly recommend her and this restaurant!

Me and my family went for lunch a couple days ago. Requested to be seated outside, but as soon as we ordered it started to rain. Our server, Alberto F (as per the ticket), was so attentive and moved us inside. He took our drinks inside , and he even carried my baby’s stroller.The food was amazing. Alberto’s suggestions were spot on. The lobster guacamole, fantastic, as well as the king crab. Definitely will come back.
