Great food and amazing delivery. The service could have been a little better, and I understand why the lady is called that. However she is nice to me. I would recommend to anyone.

Go to Pacifica for great Chinese food and comfort food! They consistently have great, dependable service and dishes. @ the reviews that say that the staff is is indifferent or blunt- try carrying a family owned restaurant on your shoulders and working multiple shifts on busy days without any breaks. It's not easy. They can get overwhelmed and stressed like anyone else. In the end, they have work to do and they do it professionally and with kindness. support your local businesses and respect the staff! :)

A few years ago, the food was hard to say. Recently, it may have changed the chef. The promotion is very big.

This place stinks. Literally. I think they had just mopped the floor with raw fish

I ordered salmon roe sushi and got salmon sushi (Salmon roe is salmon eggs). And I ordered sweet and sour chicken and got chicken fingers. And warm water. At least what I ate was ok.

The food is hot and delicious! Portions are good size. We have only had the Chinese portion of the menu though!

My family and I have been coming here for years and it always is a great experience. They offer a selection of food from different Asian countries so my parents who like sushi are happy and I can still get lo mein which is my favorite. The wanton soup is some of the best I've ever had anywhere. This is the best Asia restaurant in the area, and one of the best overall.

Terrible. Told them are very large order was for a special occasion & all the food was awful. We didn’t even save any for leftovers. One person in our group said that we shouldn’t give them a chance because they were awful years ago. Still true now adays. We got 4 different appetizers, wonton soup, general tso’s, lo mein, veggie rice, a little bit of everything. One bite of anything & it tasted old & gross. Soup tasted & smelled like urine. We all got sick afterwards as well. Really ruined our special occasion. Complete waste of $100. As long time Suffieldiers we will never be going back & telling everyone to avoid. Don’t risk getting sick & wasting your money.

Great place for a quick bite for lunch. I had a salmon roll - very fresh. Also had the sesame chicken lunch special. It was delicious, piping hot, rice was good! Friendly staff as well. Will definitely stop again next time I'm in the area!

Loved the food, and the waitress was so helpful and kind. I accidentally left my belongings in the restaurant and she remembered me when I got back and knew exactly what I left. We'll definitely be back soon.

The food was ok, they even managed to not add celery (50% success rate), but when we asked for napkins for our take-out order, she acted as if I made some unreasonable request and went to the kitchen to come back with ONE tiny crumbled-up napkin that we apparently were supposed to share. When I took 2 paper napkins from the table next to the door on our way out, she yelled insults at me.She's normally rude and nasty, but this was too much.The food is NOT good enough to repeat this experience!

Very good everything

Ordered lunch for Father's day weekend. Called in for two orders at 12:15. When I went to pick up, they "thought" I wanted the dinner portion because I did not specify I was ordering from the LUNCH menu. Why would I be ordering for a meal 6 hours later? Extremely disappointed despite having ordered multiple times in the past to the point they recognize my voice. Food is decent but was too disappointed to enjoy. If you order from here, please be cautious!!
