I once got a breakfast burrito with half an egg shell in it. Not sure how you could miss a piece that large. Mistakes happen. Went back and got another one a month later. The cheese was cold and unmelted.... and more egg shell. I had a co worker order fresh squeezed orange juice there and when she opened her cup she found mold floating in it.

I've been coming here for a few years. Food is always good. Salads and paninis are excellent. The people working here are very friendly.

DISLIKE!Asked for the chicken rice plate and got pasta instead! The cashier guy was really unfriendly for some reason. I couldn't actually eat the pasta because I realized there was eggplants in it which I don't eat, and they gave me super rude looks when I asked to replace it with the chicken, even though I offered to pay again. They made me feel very uncomfortable. The rice was stale and the chicken was dry. Will never go again!

Great coffee and good Italian sandwiches. However, the workers there don't seem to be extremely happy to take cards for small purchases and might not be super friendly.

Food was phenomenal. I had sole with amazing pesto and wonderful green beans and awesome Brussel sprouts. Was not expecting anything this good! Highly recommend

Pacific Street Cafe is a lovely local cafe that my company used to cater an event for 40 people. We ordered their boxed lunch and were impressed with their food and service! Not only were the sandwiches delicious but the boxes came with a piece of fruit, a bag of chips, and an enormous cookie... and the cookie was so good the attendees asked where they could get more!My group had a snafu and we didn't plan for enough water for our all day conference, so I called Pacific Street Cafe after they already delivered lunch to us and asked if they could tack on an extra 3 dozen waters-- they did without hesitation and delivered them to us asap. Thanks so much for being the local cafe that cares about their customers!
