Oven 51 Pizza Bistro & Bakery is a farm to table restaurant. We have spent several years creating new pizza combinations to perfection. We pride ourselves on creating new combinations and will continue to test new pizza combinations to add to our menu. We also serve a great selection of donuts and coffee in the morning from 6am-11am everyday.

Have had twice before. Once pickup, once delivery. Both good. Hopefully today was an anomaly. Three tables eating when we arrived. Another called in order so theirs came quickly. 45 minutes passes before I asked to get flatbread and 3 mini fold overs in a to-go box. Menu said everything on lunch menu is designed to be 10 to 15 minutes. Waitress took responsibility for order being put in late. I've waited tables. It happens...but then you beg the chef to pull your ticket first. Will give one more try sometime, but if it's anything like today... it will be the last time. Five stars food, 0 stars experience

Tried oven 51 for the first time today. The prices and by word of mouth made me order. I have to be honest and was disappointed. I didnt care for the crust. Just didn't have any flavor that im use to from other places. A little greasy for my liking too. Just nothing special or extra to say except the customer service was great. Not sure if i will ever order from here again.
