Outback Steakhouse

I usually like outback. But they seem to have lost something in the taste of the food. I sat at the bar and the service was good

It's not a weak link in the chain except when they get busy at the bar which is where I ate. Then you're abandoned and have to wave your black napkin like a flag to get the attention of one of the three barmaids.

Nice place to have a dinner on a budget pretty good service especially from the bar staff. Steak was cooked to Perfection today and seasoned well BlackBerry sweet iced tea was very good as well as the cheesecake with chocolate and raspberry sauce

Some things have inproved, some things are still the same. We got seated and had to flag down a server after 10 minutes just to place our order. Steaks were cooked properly for once. Once we received service it was decent. At least polite. But still spotty on getting waters refilled.

35 min wait tonight, worth the wait. While waiting we had a taste of mouse, good. Foods great and service was awesome his name is Brian. He was quick with everything.

Now when I start going into outback the service was very good the waitress I had was nice even had a smile. The restaurant was just about empty when she took my order now one would think that food would get to the table in a timely manner. I ordered a Ny strip steak well done vegi and Mac and cheese well it took 35 minutes to get my food and when I did get my food the steak was rare not well done they offered to take the steak back an cook a little longer but wouldn't take the hole plate. One would think if you had to recook something the food you left behind will get cold. so I didn't have them recook my steak and reheated it myself cause the last time they over cooked my food I was not happy

We had dinner on 2/19/20. The service was OK all things considered. However the time it took to get food was way to long. There was a table next to us that had waited over a hour to get food only to come out wrong. We were there about 45 minutes before we got are food. We had the same issue last time we had dinner there and sent food back because it was cold. This is putting the servers in a bad place because customer won't tip them and it's not there fault. The manager discounted the bill however I told them I would not return. When you pay that much for a steak dinner you have several choices and I will chose another one next time!

I ordered the chicken and shrimp pasta, & while eating the chicken, I noticed it was red on the inside. I stopped eating it & immediately let it be known. I contacted door dash & received a credit for the next meal, but I was working in the area, which is why I had gotten my food in Western Hills. This is the second restaurant in the western hills area that was very unsatisfying. I have ordered several times from the same places in Kenwood, & the food was near perfection I am not working in the Kenwood area, therefore, my orders aren’t going there. I would have liked to return the food for a refund, but since restaurants aren’t open at this time, I cannot. I will not be spending money in the western hills area again.

Went to Kenwood Outback service was so bad. Talked to manager and left after veing there almost 1 hour and no food. Went to western hills. Food was delicious. Service was wonderful. Everyone was so nice. Give 5 stars to Western Hills

Boyfriend and I went for a date night, but neither of us were terribly hungry, so he ordered a salad and I got a cheesecake. Out server was really nice, but he definitely did forget to put our food in, and our orders got to our tables after 45 minutes. It was pretty busy, and our server had other tables, but he didn't write any orders down, save for his larger party, so our order was forgotten for a while. But, we got drink refills in a timely manner, but our visit was otherwise not impressive.

Hope provided great service. Food tasted great and was prepared well. Table touches from the MOD were performed tastefully. Nice experience.

I ate lunch at this location on a Wednesday early afternoon. The service was very good, except I think the server was a little overwhelmed with the amount of people that came in at one time. The food was very good. The atmosphere was very nice.

Loved our waitress, she was great, the food was great, and we didnt have to wait at all, taken right to a table

Food was very good loved the atmosphere but drinks could have been a little stronger.

Steak was very very small and baked potato was hard as a brick. How hard is it to bake a potato? Absolutely terrible food and i would not recommend this place to anyone.
