Great customer service. Wonderful food. Reasonable prices. Had a bday party here. They let us bring cake in from the outside. Friendly wait staff.

For the last 6 trips to the Outback restaurant in Spartanburg SC has a problem with getting patrons seated due to lack of staff. This has been a hugh problem. There are plenty of empty tables but not enough wait staff and takes too long to get your food. Today was our limit, it took 2 1/2 hours to be seated and get food. I feel that this is unacceptable. I will not be returning until the employment situation has improved.

Great service from Jia and great steak and asparagus was 2 DIE 4!!!!! Best experience we have had in a while. We can't wait to goback!!!

Great team and prompt service. Steak options have really improved recently. Love the sweet potato offered here as it pairs perfectly with the steak.

I did a pick up order. The food was just thrown in the box. When I asked for some steak sauce they had non. My food did not taste good.

Our service was the best we've ever had there!!! I can't remember wait persons name. It was difficult to pronounce. The management was very attentive to making sure we were comfortable and enjoyed our dining experience! Steak was medium rare and tenderized to perfection! Can't wait to go back! Definitely will be there again!!!

Our first visit inside since the virus shut everything down. We order the ribeye and sirloin. Salads were very good, the bread, what can you say but soft and tasty. Our steaks were cooked well and the staff was really nice and we watched them clean after people would leave. Folks they are practicing what they preach. I felt safe and welcomed. The manager stopped by and ask about our service and meal. That was something of the past that I was glad to see. We will be back, thanks Outback!!

Food was great although it took a while to get our food! I had finish my salad before the waitress returned with bread.

Good steak but slow service. The salad and baked potato were good but nothing special. On the Sunday evening of my visit the restaurant was packed but the atmosphere was decent. This is a fine place to eat but there are better value restaurants in the area.

Great food, Alice Springs chicken always good.

It was good but not as good as the Texas Roadhouse. The bread was a little to hard on the bottom. It took a little too long on our food because it was shift change and the shift leaving did not want to start something and let the other shift finish. The waitress was great.
