Outback Steakhouse

Always a great place to eat. It was packed that night but call ahead seating resolved that. The Prime Rib was excellent and my wife really enjoyed that Alice Springs Chicken. Good portions with great flavor. The extras are always good as well. The rest of the table was well satisfied also. Really enjoyed it as always.

We normally enjoy going here, but yesterday must have been an off day for the staff. My husband had ordered three of the steak tacos and only received two as there was a mix up with the order. The kitchen sent out fish tacos and when the waitress tried to fix this she only entered the order for two. To make matters worse, my husband commented later that they still tasted like fish.

My family and I had a great experience at Outback today. Our waiter Daniel had a warm smile and was charming personality. Daniel was there to give service but not intrusive. The food was what was expected (good) but Daniels quick smile made it a great experience. If you want a great meal when in Columbia SC, Outback #4111 ask for Daniel.

The best Outback Steakhouse I have ever been to. The food is always perfect, hot and fresh! Great customer service. Also the Macaroni and cheese is to die for, honestly.

Been a while since I've been there and sorry l waited so long. The sirloin steak was really tasty, baked potato was just right, and the beer was nice and cold. The service couldn't have been better, so can't give less than 5-stars.

Today wasn't the best. Normally Easley Outback is great. Whh..everyone has off days. Food was still good as usual.

Ordered curbside pickup for Mothers Day since lobby was closed. Friendly even though they were super busy. They had a good system going. Got home and my mothers steak was overcooked. I had to call a few times to get through but I did and they not only replaced the steak but also her shrimp and sides and were super friendly again when I pulled up to pick it up. I was very pleased with the service and her steak was perfect the 2nd time. I understand mistakes happen and I am just pleased with how well they handled it.

I used the call ahead seating. I was given a projected seating of 8:00pm. When I arrived I checked in at 7:50. At 8:15 I asked when would we be seated and was told that even though we called ahead it was not working so we were put at end of list and would still have to wait 15- 20 minutes. Very poor customer service. Customers should be able to believe what they are told.

I put this online order in before 3 o’clock.It is currently 5:39 and I’m still in the parking lot with out food. For an order that was supposed to be ready at 5. Update the food came out right at 5:40, the positive is that the food was great.

Fantastic! Went out to Outback for my father's birthday Monday night. Food was delicious and well prepared. Highly recommend asking to sit in Brianna's section, she is an absolute joy to have as a waitress. Kind, courteous and super friendly! She was fun to talk to and took excellent care of us. From now on we will make it a point to ask for her. You won't be disappointed.
