Every time we come here the order is wrong. Wrote there headquarters never heard back. The first time we ate in. Out of four of us only one got there steak. When they ask us how it was we told him we didnt get our steaks. He acted like it was no big deal didn't even say sorry. After that we tried take out on three occasions. Each time the order was wrong. We are done. Go to Texas Road House. They care about there customers.
Questions & Answers
They do not take reservations at all over the phone unless its for large groups (12+ people). When you arrive they will give you a light up buzzer that will go off when your table is ready.
Insider tip: I had my date run in to put our names on the list and grab a buzzer then we just parked and waited in the car, as the lobby was quite full, and listened to music at our leisure until our buzzer went off.
Outback doesn't have a traditional happy hour but they have specials on beer and certain speciality drinks from open till close. Ask your bartender and they will be happy to show you. They even let you sample a seasonal beer to see if you like it.
