Used take out, which was nice not having to go inside...tho it was slow to receive. Time to arrive was 15-20 minutes and there was one car waiting ahead of us (they were honking their horn, why not just call on cell phone?). It was another 20 minutes before our order arrived. So definitely not faster service, but food was very enjoyable! I will order again.

The waitress was a sweet heart and the staff was knowledgeable of the menu which was helpful for someone like me who doesn't know a lot about steak

Ordered to-go and both sides of the steak were entirely burnt. I ordered it well-done, but there was still a lot of pink left in the center, as well. The broccoli showed signs of age (browning) and the mashed potatoes were covered in a hardened layer as if it was sitting out for a while and put in the microwave right before serving. Extremely disappointed with the lack of quality control for this pick-up order.

The food has improved over the years and the service was very good.

Pleasantly surprised. It was almost as good as if i grilled it myself ...almost.

Okay I love Outback, but the one in SV is well below the standard. The steaks were improperly prepared and black on the outside and red on the inside, service was very sloooow....suggest regional management comes in and help showing them how to serve and prep the way you would expect from an Outback.

Haven't been able to review for 5 years - was locked out of my Google account,.. But I have share the take-out service has always been spectacular, Love the steaks and burgers and most of the salads!

First waited 10 minutes to first be acknowledge by a waitress that was working a table across from us, even though she said she didn't know we were there. Then didn't have multiple beers one of our guests was asking for which he was not happy about which our unprofessional waitress got snotty attitude about. Manager comped us a free appetizer which was just ok. One steak was overdone, one was under. Comped 1 dinner. Had 3 gift cards to use but only accepted 2, after all that, because alcohol not covered, didn't know that before hand. You would think an exception could have been made because of our experience. Never again!! Took over 2 hours to get through dinner. Slow, slow, slow. Threw 3rd gift card away because there are much better restaurants to go to, to have to suffer through that again.

All I ever wanted is to order a steak that will be cold and over cooked when I get back to the hotel so I can then try to eat it with plastic utensils. The stay at home recommendation has ended. You choose to continue screwing your wait staff and customers.Congratulations, you made my list of places I will boycott until im no longer upset about the covid madness.

I enjoy the food on occasion. Too expensive to go too often. Service was good.

So glad we chose Outback Steakhouse tonight. Our waitress and service was perfect and the food was amazing. Filet mignon and Salmon was perfect. Wouldn't have changed a thing.

Sirloin for two? Last night was a one star experience for the main dish. Everything else from the 2 apps to sides, including service was 3 to 5 star experience. We ordered the cut medium. We received the steak cut into small strips, all clearly well done with 2 strips of bacon on top. Like they felt bad about the steak so perhaps we could be distracted by the consolation prize. I kept wondering if we had received all the previously rejected steaks cut into strips. No one came to ask how our our steak was done, they scrambled out after delivery. Sorry, that was my worst Outback experience to date. I normally discuss this level of service with management in the moment, but as out of town guests to people we had never met in person, I spared the moment.
