Outback Steakhouse

I just wanted to let the staff know that I was exceptionally surprised. After a rocky start to the meal, as I found a hair on my steak , the end result was amazing. They replaced my steak with an even better cut, then cooked it to perfection. The broccoli was perfect and they even replaced it . Then they comped my meal even though all I asked for was a new steak.THIS IS HOW ITS DONE!! THANK YOU. AND WE WILL BE BACK .

The ability to call ahead is a great help to decrease waits. All 4 in my party had excellent meals.

This was our first time visiting this location and we left super impressed. The food was very good and the service was exceptional. Our waitress was great and the manager, Shawn was incredibly kind and welcoming. They went above and beyond to provide great service. Thank you, we will be visiting again!

They have friendly staff. The manager walked around and spoke with all the customers. They have a great atmosphere and TVs by the bar. The food tasted great. I would highly recommend lunch or dinner here.

Colleen is the best server I have ever had. The food was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection.

The manager was amazing I was there with my mom and grand son they were very nice and patience with us I will be returning we really enjoyed ourselves. The waitress was also amazing and the hostess.

The service was great! He was extremely personable and friendly but not overbearing. All of our dishes came out perfectly cooked. This is a restaurant that I had forgotten about but will now return for the salmon and mixed veggies.

The food is good and the service even better. I had to send my steak back and they got it perfect. Our server to care of me what I feel above and beyond what was necessary for their error. Very pleased with our visit.

The restaurant forgot to include the potato toppings on our to go order, when I went to complain I was pleasantly surprised when the manager offered to remake our whole order, and personally bring it to our house (20min drive) and make sure it was right. This is more than I expected, I was expecting maybe a discount on next visit, but he made sure to make it right. The food tasted great, and the service was spectacular.

Food and service were great. Food was hot and tender when delivered. Price was not out of line.

5 stars all the way. Waitress was Tammi I believe and provided better service then anyone in town. Overall fantastic experience. Highly recommend.

I love that I can ask for my burger medium rare and I actually get it cooked that way! Our waitress was very nice and attentive. Being able to go for lunch is a treat in itself.

My experience was exceptional. Shaun was extremely courteous and made you feel welcomed and wanted to ensure your visit was top notch. He went above and beyond to give the best customer service I have ever experienced. Shaun takes great pride in his job and it’s apparent in many ways with his service to Outback’s customers.
