Outback Steakhouse

Outback is a great chain restaurant. One thing I can say from a couple experiences at this location. If you have an issue with your food manager will come to your table. They will work until it's to your satisfaction and take care of you. Very courteous and professional. Not something that is practiced well today. Thanks Outback and your wonderful staff!

The service was good, the servers were accommodating and friendly. The food was good with the exception of some wilted, brown lettuce in my caesar salad.

We have been here 4 or 5 times since they opened and each time was good. The call ahead seating system worked well each time. All the servers and staff were polite and professional and got the job done. Every food item was cooked as ordered. Every thing tasted good. It is turning into one of my favorites in the Dover, Delaware area.

Very long wait steak was full of veins and rum drink was weak. Everything else was very good.

Prompt service, everything came out quickly and correctly. Our waiter did not say much, and I feel like him having a personality would've livened up the entire experience. I never had to ask for a refill, but not much was said outside of taking our order. A bit pricey, and the alcoholic drinks weren't very strong.. but that's to be expected. We will be back for sure and definitely recommended.

Always a great place for good food. Can get loud during busy hours.

Every time, I've had terrible service. I went this past Sunday and it took literally 35 minutes just to get an iced tea. We asked for sugar packets and never got them, so we had to grab some off a nearby table. It wasn't overly busy and servers were just standing around chatting. I ordered a blooming onion and it tasted like old fryer oil. That's the last time I'll waste my time and money at this location. There's no excuse for such consistently bad service.

Our dinner was delicious! Blake was an amazing waiter and made our evening enjoyable! We had a variety of food-filet and lobster, ribs and chicken, burger and kids meals plus desserts...all were wonderful!

Good restaurant with courteous staff ready to serve you. New building with good shops near by.

Very good right from the door. I don't think I've ever ordered food served looking exactly like the photo on the menu until now. Delicious and served fast... Loved the atmosphere and the wait staff was very friendly...

Very nice bartender, she did awesome work. The Ceasar salad was weak. The grilled Salmon was cooked wonderfully. Free parking.

I've been to a number of Steakhouses and this is the only one I will recommend. Simply the best and when they say they will prepare your steak the way you enjoy it. THEY DO, ALWAYS.

Went to outback for my daughter's bday. The waiter was very rude and on top of that the restaurant does close until 10:30 meanwhile my daughter is there with her friends and l was on my way. She kept calling me talking about the waiter said we have to order before 10:10. So when l arrived at 9:50 she told me my order had to placed before 10:00. Which also is a lie. I worked at plenty of restaurants and managed a few. I told what's suppose to go on and what's not. When l addressed it to the MOD he did nothing about it. Not only was you rude and unprofessional you lied. On top of all all our food came out cold and the orders was all work. Worst experience ever.
