Outback Steakhouse

As usual, after a busy hectic December weekday, I surrendered to Nourishment that's healthy and tasty. Along with excellent customer service from Jennifer, I treated myself to, what I consider to be, comfort food. Tonight was Ahi. Ice Tea & Fresh bread. The relief of escaping HOLIDAY Traffic, into a welcoming environment, does wonders for a Body's complete healthy lifestyle. I recommend that if you're stressed about the Uncertainty of the holiday moments, and have nervousness that goes along with out of town Guests.You deserve to take care of yourself or no one will. Get a massage, you deserve it. Tell everyone that I said it's O.K. to treat yourself good. Just do it...

Pretty quick service on a busy Valentine's evening

Great steak and the blooming onion is pretty cool.

The steaks were well cooked. The waitress totally awesome. My wife and I split a dinner and got extra sides she separated it all out for us and kept the drinks nicely topped. One of my favorite things at Outback has been the warm Brown and butter while you wait. Will definitely be on my list of places to go in the future.

The Outback steakhouse in the Shasta mall parking lot is good most of the time. Today my fiance and I decided to go to outbreak for dinner. I ordered the sirloin an lobster, an she had a wedge salad. We called ahead this time to make sure we would be seated promptly, as we have had up to a 45 minute wait. We were seated right away, drink order taken in 5 minutes of us being seated. Took a little bit longer to place our order then normal but nothing to long. Food took about 15 minutes or so to get to the table. Our food was hot, an it was pretty close to the way we ordered (steak was ordered med well an it was closer to med but was still good.) The restaurant was busy at all and our service wasn't no where near close to the best service we have had.

LUNCH! Finally the Redding store is open for lunch. The same great chow, careful & attentive service and fun atmosphere with much less of a crowd. I recommend the pork chops or the pork steak when available, or the lamb even though the Outback is a steakhouse because they are great cooks and the meat is choice. The potato soup was so thick it should probably be called a stew. The house salad is pretty nice too. Say hi to Carly for us. DOUG out

Delicious steaks everytime they never fail me. I tried the Sauza Gold Coast 'Rita with an added shot it was smooth and not too sweet.

Great place to go if you're not in a hurry: food is usually pretty good, service is usually okay, tonight was exceptionally busy but that's because of the classic cars that are in town. Kool April nites did let us down... they rained on our parade! Fun atmosphere and good salads too.

Outback is a pretty decent little steakhouse. It's not perfect but for the amount of people that they have come through in a day I feel like they do a pretty good job. I like their bread a lot. Some days they have specials for people to check out. I like the bloomin Onion as well. If you're in the area and look into get a steak, swing by and check them out.

We ordered the deals, they were small, overcooked and disappointing. It was over priced for what you get. I know it's not a seafood restaurant but the seafood did not taste good.

Went for lunch when we walked 8n there were tons of tables available, but the hostess only wanted to offer us the Bar and we were trying to have a family lunch. I asked why we could not sit in one of the 20+ empty tables?? She said some excuse we ended up in the bar. We got there about 3:40 we ordered and we did not get our food till 4:20. The food was good once we got it.

Our waitress was super nice, great personality. We had the prime rib it was a bit too salty and the Great Bearers tri, it was pretty good. Really enjoyed the shrimp screwers spicey and delicious. Lovster was small but tasty.

Service was good, food was good.

Lunch service was lacking proper staffing. The bartender was also the only waiter and server. A little overpriced for the portion size.
