Thanks for the hospitality your staff showed to my family tonight and the keeping my dad's food nice and hot. We really appreciated it! The food and the atmosphere were great!

I was in Maryland on business and had worked a grueling 14 hour work day without eating. Outback was open so why not get a quality meal to take back to the hotel? I get to my room and anxiously go to dig in when to my shock and horror there were no setups (utensils), salt, pepper or napkins. By the time I got dressed, walked out to my vehicle in the rain to get silverware and spices for my veggies, the food was cold. Other than that the meal was satisfactory.

The service was slow, bread was ice cold, bloomin' petals were hard and cold, salads were wilted brown scraps of iceberg lettuce, the baked potatoes were under-cooked and cold & my lobster mac and cheese had no seasoning and glass chips and did I mention that it was cold? The steaks overcooked not as I had ordered. I will not be back, when spending $95 on a meal for 3, I expect MUCH better service and my lobster mac and cheese minus the glass.Like

The food quality has gotten better over the years. The menu offers a large selection of meals, sides, and desserts. Primarily a steak and seafood restaurant. The seating in the restaurant is comfortable, they have tables and booths available. There is usually a wait time for the dinner rush but you can skip the wait by sitting if the bar area which has lots of pub tables and several booths in addition to the bar stools surrounding the centralized bar. The bar area also has large screen televisions showing sporting eventsThe staff is professional and always hopping to ensure you have a good experience.

Excellent, attentive service. The signature filet steak was rather bland and the carrot cake a bit dry. The ribs were very tasty though.

We love outback. We had a issue with our food, but our waiter tried his best to take care of things. The manager, however, was outstanding. We watched him talk to other customers, he was bussing tables, and when we had our issue he took care of everything. He made sure that we left there completely happy. Good customer service will always make me come back to an establishment.

I was very surprised. I'm not a huge chain restaurant fan but this one is a different breed. The food was amazing as the service and the prices were very reasonable. They have an assortment of wonderful appetizers and foods you can get in half portions. Its great if you can't decide on what to get because it all looks so good. The drinks were better than I wanted, and happy hour has 5 dollar specials that will blow you away. It was hard to believe a chain does so well. Our server was one of the coolest happiest people I've ever seen and I'm willing to bet its because she loves her job. This place is great!

Love the food. Good experience as usual except for the server/cook (not sure which) forgetting one of the items we ordered. But even with that, that mishap was taken care of as promptly as the server was made aware.

Easy and convenient. I did not have to get out of my car. Great and friendly service.

Yum! Outback is one of my favorite family chain restraunts. The service and our waiter (Kyle) was prompt, polite and attentive. We had a few recipe modification requests since we are dieting and there were no issues with that. I've found that Outback seems to be one of the best chains for modifying an entree and accommodating requests. Restaurant is very clean, there was no wait when we arrived at 6:35 PM, and the decor is nicely done. The food was all very fresh, hot and delicious. No complaints here.

Service was great! It's Outback you know the quality of food you're gonna get. Price point is good.

We were seated instantly when we walked inside which was a surprise. By the look of the parking lot we were expecting to have to wait for at least 30 minutes. The server Patrick was very attentive, respectful to us. My beer tasted perfect, no funky odors or stale taste. Our orders were brought out in a sensible manner, Side salads and bread to start, when we finished that we had a few minutes to enjoy a drink and conversation. Steak was cooked perfect medium. Lobster was fine, shrimp was good, crab cakes I have a special relationship with and they need some help but I ate them. I appreciated how much the manager cared about the appearance and function of the store. It was just refreshing to see people other than me working hard and caring about the outcome and experience someone has at their restaurant.
