Outback Steakhouse

We had Benjamin as a server last night and he mentioned we were his first table (party of 8). First off, he did awesome job and I would have thought he would have been there a while. We had no issues with our meals, our drinks were full and attended to, and we never had to wait long if we needed something from him. Awesome job!The food was fantastic, the blooming onion is a must have appetizer and their soups tasted delicious! My steak was cooked perfectly and no one else at the table had anything bad to say about their meal.

Never had a total dump98%of the visit are great and once in a lifetime the steak might be a little over cooked for m but I never complain about it!! Always leave a good TIP and when leaving tell your host that everything was great!! I eat there enough that lots of the staff know what I usually get and I will say the regular and add a Blooming Onion with Extra Ranch !! Their Food is always good and I have been eating there over 30 years and was just in last week

We eat here alot, usually always a 5 from me, sometimes they could over cook a steak but when addressed they fix it. Tonight we had really good service, great waiter, food cooked proper and Medium rare, and they sang for my daughter's birthday. We love the Outback, definitely a go to restaurant for us.

Steak was made more toward the rare side rather than medium rare but not a huge complaint. Everything was still super delicious and awesome.

My husband and I ate there on Valentines day and had the valentine special. The steak was so horrible we could not eat it. It had no taste and the consistency of the steak was like mush.it dissolved in your mouth. It tasted like it had been marinated for a week. . The blooming onion dripped with grease, and my husbands baked potatoe crunchy on the insid . We wont be back for awhile. Very disappointed in the food. We had not eaten there for a couple of years. And this was supposed to be a treat for us. .

It's not what it used to be smaller portions. Higher prices. My grass-fed burger was good the fries were over seasoned. My niece ate 4 little pieces of her kid steak. I would order the burger again just without fries. The broccoli was seasoned and cooked well.

My waiter was the best!!! He gave my kid an Icecream because he had surgery that day and he was an awesome waiter. Very clean place and food was perfect!

We ordered delivery with Outback, and I will say it was totally worth it. The order was correct (which a delivery app sometimes gets wrong), hot, and delicious. Just like being in the restaurant but in the comfort of my home. Not to mention, it got there within 45 minutes instead of an hour with an app.

My Mother and I went for dinner and had a great experience at this location! I must say the food was on point and on time. Our server Thomas was amazing! We will definitely be coming back soon. Thanks Outback

We ate outback takeout the other night during this pandemic and it was excellent! It was as if we received it at a table in the restaurant. Everything was still hot! Our steaks were cooked perfectly.

I have never been to an Outback and at first was hesitant to go. But after eating there, I won't be hesitant to return. The food was delicious and the service was impeccable! Our waitress was very informative and was very helpful and did everything with a smile! Thank you Sarah! My fiance especially loved the strawberry lemonade because he said it's a drink you can eat, he ate some of the strawberries!

We stopped by here on our way home from our honeymoon trip. The manager was very nice and brought us champagne and a free dessert. The steaks were cooked to perfection. Undoubtedly the best Outback steak I've ever had. We highly recommend this Outback.

Had a great experience picking up to go food last night while in town. Cooked perfectly! Great service as well as speedy pick up line. Delicious!

Takeout meals are difficult to get right, even under the best of circumstances. Given the current situation, it is even more difficult. Ordering on the website was extremely easy. My order was ready ahead of the specified time. Each item was carefully packed into custom containers for those items. Condiments, and toppings were all attentively included. Each of the people who I interacted with on-site was so kind , and courteous. The entire experience was an out of the park homerun , and reflects great credit on the entire staff of the Wilmington Outback Steakhouse. From the perfectly cooked food to the amazing service , Thank you all for a wonderful meal !

Amazing food, excellent service! Manager came over to make sure everything was good.Additionally Kyle is an excellent employee, couldn't ask for a better server! He should train them all!
