1st time trying this place.Chicken tenders were good. The chicken wing it self taste like it came out the freezer right into the microwave and then to the sauce. Nothing crispy about them. Fresh wings fried with sauce are crispy. If I ever do eat here again it would be for the tenders and never for the chicken wings.

This was my first time at Otters and let me tell ya it was Amazing! The service was on point, the food was the best part. I got #3 I think it was Otters boy or something like that but man the chicken was like 🙀 🔥. The last thing I have to say is that the to- go sauces is a really good idea. Don't get me wrong Zaxbys sauce is good but it is proportional. At Otters you can get your own sauce and fill it to where you want it. Overall 5 🌟 rating. Incredible job!

The chicken tasted very fresh. The fries...not so much. But they weren't bad. They had a very good offering of sauces. So no cheaping out there (like another chicken place I know!). Nice flat screen TV in each corner with sports on. Each local college is represented nicely. It's a great spot right on 41 as well. Overall a good place to grab lunch.

I enjoy getting their chicken wraps. I'll admit, it's very bland, but I like to taste the fresh ingredients so I don't mind a bland wrap lol. Their sweet tea is always on point too! They are definitely WAY overpriced though. The have a sauce stand where you can get sauces. The Cumberland Pkwy location doesn't offer sauces for free. So that's a plus.

Relaxed family friendly chicken joint. I had the fried chicken sandwich basket. It was quite good. The chicken was very obviously prepared fresh to order, no store bought frozen tenders here. The fries were a little more done than I prefer, but still good. My husband got some wings and he said they were outstanding, and you can mix and match your sauces. For dessert, they have King of Pops popsicles which are always a hit.As for drinks, there was a good variety of local beers to choose from that flow from self serve taps which is something I've not seen in a place like this so that's a neat bonus. We will be back!

It was good. Not earth shattering but the chicken tasted like it was a little bit higher quality than most places.

Above average chicken wings, but a tad on the pricey side. A party if 4 can easily reach $40.00. But atmosphere is friendly and location convenient. The size of the restaurant and layout make it feel compact, but there is plenty of room. I am a regular customer and enjoy it.

Just discovered this place and it is awesome. Their chicken wings are tasty and their prices are really good. Will definitely come back. The vibe strikes me as kind of a bar place, great to come with friends in the evening but I've only been here for lunch.

Food was decent. Restaurant was super small. Felt clostrophobic inside because it was so tiny. Two people couldn't walk past each other in any area.Air conditioning was so cold that the food was cold before we were 1/3 of the way through.Zaxby's-still wins.

I had the wrap which was pretty good. Pricey place overall. Fried pickles are way to salty. Could not eat! If you go, do not order fried pickles, beware!
