Excellent sushi! Love this place. Always on my list to visit when I'm in Fort Collins.

My friends and I came there on a Friday night and enjoyed this feast. If you have a big group, please remember to make a reservation before you go there. This restaurant is super popular. That night when I was there all the table were taken and servers were very busy. The food tasted so wonderful and we had several rounds of side dishes. I will go there again.

What a flavor with a grill in front of you!We were looking for a new place to eat, with new flavors and just a different style, well, Suh Sushi Korean BBQ was perfect. If you are looking to celebrate a special occasion go here. It is expensive but it is also worth it, we were two people and including just one alcoholic drink paid around $67 plus tips. Good experience, but save it for a special occasion!! Our server was great.

I’ve come here a few times now, and while the food can be inconsistent, it’s always tasty. Their lunch menu specifically has some amazing value and a wide variety of delicious dishes. My review today specifically includes my wonderful waitress Bonnie, who was kind, engaging, and went above and beyond to make sure I enjoyed my meal. And I did! Thank you Bonnie:)

Delicious food with sufficient options for vegetarians and vegans. Was also fun to grill the meat. I personally love the Bibimbap, and they serve small sides with each meal so you get to try additional things each time. Will probably become one of my go-to restaurants!

First time visiting this place!!! Amazing service and the food exceeds expectations. The Togo service is great can’t wait for the regulations to drop so I can experience the whole restaurant. Found my new spot!

Quality of the food is pretty good, it does take a minute to come so do order an appetizer or don't come here when you're super hungry like I did. The bento box combo has a variety of options for you to try. It can be pricey aswell but for a sushi place that's expected...

Suh Sushi is such a great place. Monday all you can eats, some of the better sushi in town, and just such a fun experience. Pro tip, just slather on the meat from the get go. Makes it easier to tend to and allows you to do waves of meat. Try the steamed egg. It's one of those things that make you want to experiment with cooking again. The LA beef is totally worth it.

The food here was great for the price. The restaurant features several grill tables where you're given a hot plate in the center to cook food on. The interior looks very nice and definitely a great place to take a date if you don't want to break the bank. Servers are very friendly here, had nothing but great service the entire time. I would highly recommend visiting this place if you enjoy sushi and other Asian cuisine.

This place e was great! Generous amounts of food. Generous quantities of food! We walked out of there totally full!The service was 6 stars! Our server's name was Erica. She was very friendly and accommodating. Definitely made an ever lasting and positive impression! You have to give this place e a try! You will not regret it!

IT’S THE BEST!!!! This is my husband’s and my favorite sushi place! We came on a Sunday, and the staff were so nice! The food is amazing, perfectly seasoned. The sushi rolls were made expertly and with generous filling. Their salmon is especially good. Their sushi deal is also the best in town!

Sushi Review Only, went here for dinner and the service was super friendly a tad slow but overall really good service. Restaurant was clean and very nice. The prices are okay in comparison to all other places in town but for how much the rolls cost I was expecting a little more quality. Their specialty rolls were amazing, well put together and great but the more basic rolls seemed rushed in their construction and quality of ingredients were average. Will more than likely be back for their lunch special. 3 rolls for $12.99.

What a cool experience! We got there early on a Friday night, which was nice. The place started to fill up and eventually nearly every single table was filled. We got to grill our own meats at the table! I want to try the sushi next time as one of their servers was telling me that the fish gets flown in daily. So good!
