Love the food. Since they have opened I have been here regularly and the food is always great.

Really good food and great customer service. When you order a shawarma you can see the toppings you can select from on screen and it also shows you the ones that would cost you extra and for how much. Really helpful the first time you come here

THIS IS ONE OF WORST OSMOWS LOCATION IVE EVER BEEN I WAS REFUSED MY REFUND FOR FOOD I PURCHASED THAT WAS HALF EMPTY AND NOT UP TO STANDARDS . I WAS SWORN AT AND THREATEN WITH POLICE BEING CALLED ON ME OVER A REFUND. THE OWNER HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AT ALL OR OWNERSHIP SKILL. AS AN OWNER YOU WOULD FINE A COMMON GROUND ON SOLVING THE SITUATION NOT TRYING TO CON ME INTO A MEAL THAT WAS NOT UP TO STANDARDS. WORSE EXPERIENCE IF I WAS WHITE ASKING FOR A REFUND HE WOULD HAVE GIVEN IT TO ME.I HAD TO THREATEN HIM WITH POSTING HIS BEHAVOIR IN ORDER TO GET MY MONEY BACK. NORTH SHAWARMA is a excellent place to dine. With beautiful customer services.This is the uneducated prejudice owner Who refused to give me a refund.

First off the staff and manager is simply amazing. Very friendly and personal. The portion sizes were amazing and the food was fresh and full of flavor!!! I've been to 4 other locations around Ontario and this one hands down is the best! I will be back and highly recommend everyone check them out!

Went to this location because it had very good reviews. It was the cleanest Osmows I have been to but the portion sizes are terrible. i normally get the medium but got the big this time and there was so little compared to what i usually get. Regret getting the big size and going to this location. There was barely any rice at all aswell and the one I go to normally always gives a good portion. Also when I get the medium from my regular place I never finish it because it’s always too much for me to eat and this time I finished the whole big size within one sitting.

I ordered a large chicken on the rox with hummus, pickles and turnip and I must say it was one of the best shwarma platters i have ever had. Additionally, the gentleman working the front was very kind and appreciative of our business which made our experience that much better. I highly recommend this location, be sure to check it out!

I've been going to this location since it opened recently and they have the most TERRIFIC staff. The manager is is so personable and kind and he always makes a point to try and remember my order and ask about my day. The quality of the food is excellent; it's fresh, hot and they always make my order correctly.On top of that the store is always clean which is a big deal for a restaurant! I can't say enough good things about this location.

I really enjoy their food. But i was very disappointed with my order via UberEats. I ordered a medium on the sticks and 2 wraps. Wraps were fine, but the medium on the sticks was a very small portion almost a quarter less not worth the $16 bucks! I’m so disappointed.

I am extremely disappointed in my order, I ordered a large fries, and this is a large... this is probably a small, if I could give 0 stars I would, I am doing myPart in supporting local businesses, but the businesses are not doing their part in satisfying customers. Will not go back. I also ordered a side tzatziki that is missing 😒😒

This is NOTHING like the original Osmow’s in Mississauga. The garlic sauce on top was mayo!

Of all the Mediterranean restaurants I’ve been to this one is top of the list. The food quality and portions are excellent and the staff, particularly the owner, are superb.
