Fantastic service and warm and friendly staff. Food was freshly made and tasty.

Longer waiting time. Billing staff doesn't ask for the choice. I asked for the special of that day. She took ordered for normal one and charged extra. Quantity is lesser when compared to Heartland center Osmow's.

Overall I was very happy with my shawarma. I asked for very little garlic sauce because I didn't want it over powering my food. Good choice because they put a normal amount instead of glopping it on. I was however very disappointed that I had only 2 small pieces tomatoes on the whole thing. But it was very delicious. I was quite satisfied with the quality and amount of chicken. Order taker was polite and helpful. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. It looked like nothing but inside the toilet had ever been cleaned. Sticky and smelt like old dirt. I really didn't want to touch anything. Not sure if I should give 3 or 4 stars because this location I'd give 3.5 stars. I'll give 4 stars. 1 taken away for the dirty restroom and chinchy tomatoes.

First time visit so ordered the mixed grill with everything. It takes longer to get my dish but in the end all good. Chicken kebob is gorgeous that the breast is so soft and juicy, love it! Portion is humongous, if you are not a BIG meat eater then suggest to share by two ppl. I think if there is any chance I'll visit Milton again, I'll just order chicken kebob meal only :)

You get what you pay for. Fast and fresh food with big servings plus it's shareable.

This is probably where I first ever had chicken on the rocks. Clearly it was love at first bite. This is probably one of the few remaining Osmow's joint that is still legit. The chicken here is properly done. Customer service is good. Cleanliness is good.

NO CX service and poorly manage lady just busy on phone taking order while people stand in line for half hour and won't even contact till place full of people because they are so slow to service and not paying attention if you have placed oreder on phone still wait time is 45 min in line because they dont serve counter and busy chit chat and slowly working ..take order on phone then turn around like people in line are invisible.

One of finest Shawarma in Milton & its neighbourhood. Fresh Juicy & with crunchy salad is classic. Never regretted. Excellent value for money

Honestly haven't tried the food yet but one star for customer service. A friend of what I assume is the manager came in after myself and the gentleman behind me. She handed him MY food and told him to just have it. The guy behind me got his order and I am still waiting for my one item order .

The place was busy when we got there so the food came out relatively quickly given how busy it was. Food is fresh and tasty, but was a little bit dry. Otherwise, excellent 👌

Food is great.... but it gets busy which can have an effect on the speed of the service, but it's worth the wait.

Mostly good! Most of the staff is friendly! It gets busy sometimes. Place the order before you arrive because they always prioritize SkipTheDishes orders.

This place was never good but today’s experience was awful! Went in to place an order and the lady behind the counter was nibbling at the toppings and meat. She took my order and kept eating while preparing my food???? That was disgusting! I think the health and safety Dept should pay them a visit. The place is dirty and the staff are the same! I can’t believe the standards Ontario allows for business to be run!
