Tastes good, great service. Employees seem to rush customers but not to much.

The food and service has bottomed out in the last year

I used my card at their establishment a couple of weeks ago and 3 days ago they charged me $26 for meal that I wasn't there for and then I tried to say they didn't do it and wouldn't give me my money back so when I disputed it with my bank my bank gave my money back I will never go there again.

Osaka's is the first place I pull over every time on Chapman! Service is great and the food is amazing - my dad recently had his birthday here and they had a large room to accomodate

All the food was left over for months

Food is good and the service is great. However, as I was eating, I noticed that a roach was crawling on the window seal. I started looking around, seems like there exterminator needs to be the one with a bad review.I didn't only see the one but at least three others.if I had noticed sooner I would not have been able to eat at all .

The food is good and hot. Not too expensive.

Horrible, buffet was old half empty and got there at 8 supposed to close at 930,but no one filled sny iof the empty pans,we were rushed out by the waitress at 9, would not recomend to amyone
