Original New Orleans Poboy and Seafood

Nice food, hot and fresh.

They have very good service and very good food. They had an old jukebox which was amazing and they had a very nice staff.

I've been a returning customer to this establishment for nearly 15 years now, but today will be my last day dining with these guys. Old New Orleans is pricey, but I don't usually mind due to the fact that the food is good and made high quality. However I do not appreciate having to fight for condiments every time I come here. If i'm paying $13 for a cheeseburger, I expect to be given more than three packets of ketchup and not told "NO, my boss won't let me" and have the window shut on my face when I ask for more. I've never experienced this at a dining establishment, but this will for sure be the last time I spend my money with these guys due to the poor service these past couple of years. Just left with a drive through order , I had to pull over and through the food out !There is something not right , like smells dead .Put me on hold , never came back .Disgusting, do not waste your money !I literally paid 26.35 fir food that made it halfway home !Close the doors if that’s what you consistently deliver , seriously .

Old but good

Walk in service is amazing, nice young men are always greeting you. Food was delicious, highly recommend the Child Hamburger for its price and size and the combo for fries and a drink for just a few dollars and the meat is freshly grilled that I can see them cook in the back of the kitchen. A great place for friends and family to eat at and enjoy🤗

Delicious oyster poyboys!

It's a disgrace for this place to have "New Orleans" in their name! Being from New Orleans, I know first hand that their seafood is far from fresh! Their policy on their shrimp po-boys is 12 shrimp (6 on each side)!! I know this because I called to complain. Our other 3 "seafood" platters all had something missing from toast to salad to cold slaw. The only decent meal was the kid's chicken strip and fry combo! The food is not only disgusting, but their customer service was just as bad when I called to tell them about the errors. They told me I was lying because their worker said "they know for a fact" that everything was correct. And that's when I was told about their 12 shrimp policy. The only good thing from there is their crushed ice and lemonade! Never again will I spend another dime at that place! It was the biggest waste of $45 that we've ever spent!!
