Original Joe's

We were unlucky enough to go on a day when they were supposedly understaffed so we didn't have the best service. I won't knock them down too far because these things happen in the restaurant business. I will knock them down quite a bit, though, for small portions and average (at best) food. Firstly, the kid's meal (a huge factor for parents in picking a place) is more expensive and smaller than competing restaurants. The chicken strips were tiny and the orange juice was small and so watered down it tasted like watered down Tang. The wings, about 11 of them, were decent but small and could have been saucier. The cheeseburger (not pictured) was meh. The lunch specials require a drink and the soft drinks were nearly $4 - again more expensive than competing restaurants. I would have asked for a refill, but... that whole understaffed thing.

My wife and I just had lunch with our kids to mark the Children's day. Ordered Fish Tacos, burgers, chicken strips and three different kinds of wings. One of which was the extra, extra HOT Bobby wings. We all enjoyed our meals and the service we got from Andrew (one of the staff) is enough to make us regulars. Keep it up WINGS. Nice food, nice ambiance. See you guys soon.

As the name calls, this is a place for Wings. They have a lot of dry and sauce wings to choose from and a few pub fares.The wings come in 10 pcs per order and there is half price special on Wed and Sunday with beverage purchase.Price wise this is not a cheap place in Richmond but I would come again to try other flavors.
