Awesome food, great atmosphere, and a lot of different options. Will definitely be coming back!

I stopped in one morning hoping to get a basic egg sandwich. The onus on me for not familiarizing with their bill of fare. The four stars go to the kind employee who recommended a place around the corner that served what I was looking for. Maybe some day I will step out of my comfort zone and try the food.

Fresh dining option for a quick lunch in central Syracuse. Ate here with a group of 4 people on a business trip. Plenty of options to satisfy any taste. Great bowls. A little loud atmosphere just because of the layout and basic wood and metal decor.

A bit of a disaster in terms of the layout of the restaurant and customer experience. I couldn’t figure out how to order. I stood where the cash register was located and despite there being numerous employees behind the counter no one came to take my order. A girl called to me, “what can we get you?”I told her I wanted a poke bowl and she said I needed to talk to someone one else not her. After walking in circles for a bit I finally found the person who could make what I wanted. I also wanted a smoothie so I had to go back and find the first girl I spoke to but now she was too busy to take my order. The food was ok but the ordering process really made me feel uncomfortable.

Good food a bit expensive, enjoy going there. The Egg Man sandwich is my favorite. One thing though, why do I have to hear music with the N-word in it, this has been the case the last 3 times that I have been there.

I just can’t give my business to this place anymore. The customer service and the employee morale continue to diminish every time I visit here. I get ignored every time I walk through the door, even after I say hello. It takes 5mins to finally be acknowledge and it’s a dry hello, as if I inconvenienced them for wanting to give them business.It’s unfortunate because the food is great and the owners are really kind people (which is why there’s two stars), but they need to stress the importance of good hospitality and customer service to their employees because it’s turning people away.

Friendly and honest people. Good insights about the city as a visitor. Good smoothies. Healthy options.

I would like if they were more eco friendly (have plates and cutlery they can wash) I felt after eating there, their was a lot of waste.

Love coming here for a quick bite, service is always fast and the food is great.

This is a super place! So many great choices and combos; it's hard to choose! Everything we had was very, very good!!

Love the food, but I do not always love the wait. I am certainly a repeat customer and I love the bowls and nori wraps. I can eat the bowls for two meals the portions are so generous. Choices are healthier and different. Some times at lunch the line can be disorganized and take over 15 minutes to place an order.

Food was fresh and vibrant. Loved the atmosphere and general layout, very bright and gives a "clean" but rustic glow. A little pricey but that's what you pay for good feeling food.

Thank you for professionally taking care of my missing credit card issue - how embarrassed I was for not having a card, and also freaked out that it wasn't in my wallet where it should have been. You calmly resolved it for me, and I went on to enjoy my very tasty bowl. I will for certain be making this my first stop for lunch!!

The staff is friendly, the service is fast, and the food is fresh and delicious. It's way healthier than fast food with a commensurate increase in price.
