Usually good customer service but being refused purchase for something that is only restricted to under 16's is unacceptable. I am obviously not under this age as I'm in my late 20's I would understand if I was purchasing alcohol under the challenge 25. And the fact I had my work ID on and my place of employment would not hire an under 16; is ridiculous. To top it off I bought the exact same item from you less than a week ago. Safe to say I won't be a returning customer.

Absolutely disgraceful service from this store. Just bought a winter hat for £2.75 and took the label out and tried it on to find that it was a child's hat. Took it back to the till with the label and the shift manager Basha would not accept it back. I even said I can exchange it for something else. We as a family spend more than £100 at the store every month. Not going to visit again. It is not the loss but the customer service and the stubborn attitude of the manager will mean that they have lost a long standing customer from the store. I think he does not care about me complaining as he was eager to give me the number to complain as well...
