One-Eyed Mike's

I dug this place. Came in to check out the old school building with a well regarded bar in it. The bartender working mid day was excellent and had perfected the art of just the right amount of conversation while I sipped on a delicious bloody Mary!

Once a brothel, One-Eyed Mike's is now a restaurant and pub with a laid back atmosphere. Selling more Maker's Mark than any other country world wide, hundreds of bottles line the shelves; patrons are welcome to store their personal stash here too. Food is just okay. Crab cakes are soggy and nothing special. Bartenders are personable and happy to chat you up or share a brief history of the space. Not a bad place to try for a feel of typical Baltimore, stipulating that you recognize that "typical Baltimore" is far from gourmet.

Good bar. Good bartenders. Good beer selection. Good prices. Good food. What more do you want?

Such a cool pub! Found this gem looking through Google map reviews of local places to eat in Baltimore. The food was good and the beer and liquor selection is great. Wasn't aware I stumbled upon the biggest sellers of the cognac, Grand Marinier! They sell it by the bottle, as well as shots and unique cocktails. You can have your bottle stored there and you can have it poured for you whenever you come back with your card that has your bottle number on it! I was lucky to have a group of guys pour me a shot from their bottle so, I could try it! The bartender was a really cool guy and told me about the history of the place! Fun place to check out if your new to Baltimore!

Great informal bar with a good selection of draft beers and excellent bar drinks. Akbar was a great bartender and wonderful host!

Service has always been excellent and swift. I recommend the grand spash, nachos, and lobster mac and cheese!
