One of, if not, the best udon restaurants I've ever been to, and I'm a very tough customer when it comes to udon! They make their udon right here at the facility, a nonprofit that helps people with disabilities reengage themselves with work. An amazing restaurant run by amazing people for an amazing cause. You can also buy their udon in the restaurant to take home and make some for yourself at home. A hidden gem!
