Omg Bbq

Ordered twice from Uber now, brisket and pork ribs both times were tender, juicy, and smoky. Beans with brisket ends are out of this world, other sides are basic but also very good and fresh. The chef is super nice, called personally after my first order to sub a side that was 86'd.

Brisket was as a brisket should be. Soft. Juicy. And no resistance per bite. Sausage was very flavorful. Potato salad and beans had me wanting more. Will definitely make a return trip.

Beef Rib or Pork ribs are OMG! Traditional Texas barbecue. Better than Franklins or Burns.

Ate at the Williams Tower - Fooda pop up food spot. I got a brisket sandwich. Mainly got that because nothing else looked good (not even really the brisket). Pulled pork didn't look great - they didn't even pull it. They were cutting it off in chunks to give out. Chicken looked dried. Brisket lookded OK, but not typical slicing. They were in big sheets, almost as if they cut it horizontally. Had to really bite down in order to get my teeth through it. Actual taste was OK.This may have been just because it was a pop up shop, and their food was sitting out in warmers, as opposed to what they may have been used to. But, still wasn't my taste.

The beef rib was delicious. Would definitely go back.

The pulled pork was very tender and flavorful and the brisket is good, too. But what really sets this place apart is the beans: smoky, full of "burnt ends", and really delicious!

I've had OMG BBQ a few times now and everything is great.

Ordered via Uber eats. The Boudain was good. Ribs were really good. There star of the 2 meat plate was the brisket. Super tender and really flavorful. Really liked the potato salad also. I will be ordering again.
